Chemist Warehouse Pacific Epping Shopping Center

Extremely poor service, there was a employee showing a racist attitude, i was checking on the products and she was like following me everywhere without even asking to help. Upon asking for help, she was extremely rude. I will never go back. I prefer to give -5 rating if possible.

Very bad service staff walking around in slow motion, dirty boxes everywhere i will not be recommending that branch to anyone

Small and hard to move around even just to browse. Generally, people to goes there are old, grumpy, and always in a rush. They will literally walking into you without any apologies. The leaving prescription area is sooo packed. Not worth coming. Better go to the one opposite the road.

It took them 15 minutes to just give a single file of prescribed medicine and the line was not even busy at all

I come here if I need something while just roaming around in the plaza. They helpful looking for things that I need. They answer my questions whenever I asked even tho they are doing their job they will leave it and help me. Some of diet products run out. Some of perfumes no prices on display. They need to do that for customer shop quick and out of the door instead looking for someone to asked for the price. Zyrtec 10MG 30TABLETS prices NOW $18.99 The place is not big space between shelves so they really need to help customers so won't be crowded inside Chemist Warehouse really need to do better because they are the only one here in the plaza. Be safe everyone!

I would give no star for this cw, not all but this specific lady, in her 40s, blond fluffy hair, shoulder length, she is SOOOOO rude. I know cw does not necessary provide service, but I wish you could at least hire someone that has a nice personality!

Don't come to this chemist warehouse if your skin is dark, the security man racially profiled me an followed me around an asked me 3 times if i need help but not to my face but to my back, when i finally gave in an said im looking for this item he said no we dont have that straight away, do your job as a security guard not a store assistant ‍️ He was rude abrupt an plain racist at this point, i ended up getting what i came for but had an uncomfortable experience in store ‍️ I will only order online now

Near expiry product was put on for sale and when I collected it was going to expire Feb2022 and I bought it around 27/1. Disappointing. Staff was very helpful and kind.

Wait 5 minutes while both pharmacist ignored me, then the lady looked up and said sorry to keep you waiting. Will be with you shortly, then still continues doing what ever she was doing and still keeps me waiting. So I left! What happened to customer service and the store want even busy!

Would give no stars if possible. The worst chemist warehouse store ever. I have seen twice recently where they refused rat's to 2 concession holders, one pensioner has asthma and sick husband, pharmacy said none in stock, front of store said in stock. She went back to pharmacy and was told none in stock. Second time said they have them only for sale as they purchased them themselves, I questioned this and was told "following instructions from head office".

My mother fainted in your store and the pregnant manager told her to get up and get out after wanting the number to make a complaint about her treatment. I will keep making complaints until someone does something about all of your staff, they made a mistake which caused a domino effect of issues. I will never shop at this store again and I will make sure this review goes further.

The worse customer service ever received from pharmacist Z and pharmacist J.
They refused to dispense a medication on a genuine faxed prescription.
No knowledge of the current Guidelines for dispensing of medicines during COVID-19 issued by the Department of Health.
Their attitude toward me was terrible and unprofessional.
A formal complaint has been lodged.

Excellent customer service. The Saturday staff never fail to impress me. I’ve been a regular customer on Saturday’s as i always go to pick up the essentials ;) before a big night. Shout out to Leah and Melissa for giving excellent advice. Keep it up

Unreasonably long wait for prescription while the staff were having a drawn out personal conversation complaining about how long their food delivery had taken for their lunch

The thursday night staff are absolutely amazing, so kind. As soon as i walked into the door i was kindly greeted. The staff is so kind and welcoming.good job

Last month I have witnessed a very disappointing incident between a customer and cashier staff. The customer warned the cashier staff about missed placed bollard sign which was pointing the wrong way and all the customers were lining up the wrong side. The cashier staff did not even bother and basically told off the customer! It was just a disgusting act by the staff member!

So rude in this store - Vincenza (Viv) Fazzalori puppets. Can’t even pick up a script without smart alec comments from pharmacists. Well done Alexander - crew member of the month.

If I could give less than 1 star I would! I called 5 times to ask if they had a specific medication in stock and NO ONE answered. I went in after my unsuccessful calls and saw the store was QUIET. I approached the prescriptions counter where a female pharmacist served me. The way she spoke to me felt very degrading, kept giving me looks as if she were disgusted in what I was asking and her advice was nonetheless POOR. I asked multiple times what she thought of the condition and both times she said "I don't know ask the doctor". Disappointed in the lack of knowledge the pharmacist had and upset at the way she spoke to me. Didn't get her name but she looked like she was in her late 20s.
If you want a decent chemist warehouse go to the one in Epping Hub. This one is absolute rubbish.
