The customer service is terrible in this store, please hire someone who has basic manner than having someone who gave you nasty look and eye rolls.

I've always had great service from this chemist. Helpful staff and take time to give you advice.

Lovely pharmacist. He’s so helpful and genuine. Really knows his stuff and has a high standard of customer service. Also this chemist has a lot of stock despite being smaller than other. So glad it’s our local.

My go-to Chemist Warehouse. Prices are as great as any Chemist Warehouse shop, the staff are all friendly and knowledgeable, and the Pharmacist has been very helpful every time I have any question/need anything special, exceeding my expectations.

A relatively new Chemist Warehouse replacing a disliked local pharmacy. Service, prices and overall helpfulness has improved dramatically. Ignore the old negative reviews and come see how good they are!

There is a crazy indian girl working there who followed me around the store and accused me of shoplifting. Seriously. I never set foot in there again.

The pharmacy is under new management and is better than it was before. The head pharmacist Peter, is very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend coming here for all your pharmacy needs.

Not open "for holidays" but holidays are well over, and the sign does not specify a return date.

We came in to get some documents certified for my boyfriend's nursing registration during a quiet period. The pharmacist on duty was rude and unreasonable. He made a big deal about not certifying photo-likenesses and not writing the statement required for nursing registration. Very disappointed in the pharmacist's attitude, which came off as rude and not polite. Will not be returning.

Extortionate prescriptions, 4 times the price of places like chemist warehouse for a generic brand. Regret going and will not go back.

I dont shop here often but whenever I needed medical advice, purchased something or picked up a parcel, I found the service, products and staff very nice.

Very disappointing experience here at OGGS Pharmacy South Yarra. Unfortunately, I will never go back there again, and I strongly recommend everybody avoids this place given their lazy and un-professional levels of care and poor customer service. Here is was happened to us there:

On 9th April 2019 I purchased expensive vaccines, but the Pharmacist on duty neglected to tell me the vaccines needed to be refrigerated, so they were not refrigerated, making the vaccines useless. The Pharmacy then failed to acknowledge that this happened or rectify the situation with a refund/replacement, even though we made it clear that we expected a full refund/replacement without charge. All the Pharmacist was willing to do was have us purchase the drugs again at cost price (over $300). We even called the owner and explained the situation, giving him the chance to rectify it, but he was unreceptive.

Therefore I feel obliged to warn others about the low levels of care and poor customer service they may receive at OGGS Pharmacy South Yarra.
