Worst experience ever. Bullies!
I had a faulty expensive item that was open and off. They use the the Chemist Warehouse branding but operate as individual cowboys
Use independent chemist please!

Most of the staff are friendly and helpful, prices are pretty good and there's a great range of products.

Yesterday (Sat 25/2) around 3pm a lovely older blondish woman served me at the checkout. She was the only one holding down the fort of the busy line of customers. Very nice and polite and made my day better with such a short interaction.

I have a condition that requires me to take a lot of pills every day, so i visit this pharmacy at least once a week, and every time i go the staff is really nice and helpful.

I've been a loyal customer of chemist warehouse for many years now and I'm a local shopper at this store. Today it tainted the experience for me as I tried to return a couple of baby products that my mother in law bought which I don't like the ingredients of, wanted to do more baby shopping and also swap it for a more organic alternative. I did not have a receipt as it was a gift and the store manager girl refused to honour the product swap. It was very disappointing experience as I felt like she had accused me of using the products as well. She requested proof of purchase "even if it's a bank transaction" over something that was about $15 in total.very disappointing considering how massive the store is! Terrible experience and I will never shop there again.

Nice store with a great variety of products. I like that is out of the Northland plaza, as it is easier to find.
When it comes to prescriptions, you need to wait for a long time as they don’t appear to have many staff rostered on.

Always very slow for prescriptions, even when there are no other customers. I would recommend going to another chemist if you are in a hurry or you don’t have any shopping to do at the chemist.

The female worker working on the 27th of August at 9: 33am was great! Was attentive and caring:) will come again

Good range and very conveniently located, they have all stock as shown on chemist warehouse Central website. Always found whatever needed. Nice and tidy store. But only problem is its hard to find find staff if you need any assistance, they seem short of staff.
