Chemist Warehouse Melbourne Paramount Centre reviews
38Very friendly customer service and security staff had pleasant presentation. Store has easy access by tram and paid parking centre by bourke street
They should train their Phan Tuong Van (or similar name) staff how to do customer services attitude.
I am customer but Indian security guard working Friday September 29,2023 very rude and very bad service. Must be retrained.
I frequent this branch of Chemist Warehouse, and it has been great every time. In particular, the pharmacist named Jeanie is super friendly, attentive and all around amazing.
Five stars to the girl named Tania (I might have gotten her name wrong) - she had an accent. She was amazing! She went out of her way to help me by walking out of the counter to find me something I was looking for:)
Unpleasant Experience with Pharmacist Lui Yen at Chemist Warehouse Paramount Shopping Center:
I found Lui Yen to be extremely unhelpful and his approach came across as rather arrogant. He seemed impatient and frustrated when I had questions and was confused about some of his inquiries. His aggressive body language only added to the uncomfortable atmosphere. When I expressed my concerns about his rudeness, he retorted that he was simply being direct. It was clear to me that this "professional" does not understand the distinction between being direct and being outright rude.
I hope that Chemist Warehouse will consider the importance of staff who can interact professionally and courteously with customers. This experience has left me hesitant to return to this particular store and has left me with a less than favorable opinion of the Chemist Warehouse brand.
You need more tellers serving, it's ridiculous. Iv had to walk out multiple times empty handed whilst also leaving without I needed in thr first place
A while back I was trying to track down a Guerlain cologne and it was only available at a CW store quite far from me. A staff member from this CW at Paramount collected it and brought it with them to work as a one-off inter-store transfer and gesture of kindness - I believe they lived close to where it was in stock. This was phenomenal service:)
Gotta go up the stairs for this shop, always busy, and staff not helpful there is guy with glasses very short almost bald guy very rude, apparently the manager.
Also the sensor makes wrong alert too often of the time with the beep noise
Worst customer service. We are the customer and we are buying from you guys not the opposite. Treat your customer right.
Simon
Absolutely amazing pharmacist,
I appreciate your genuine kindness and care for customers. Number one pharmacist ️
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
Didn't accept my prescription because of corporate policies, prescription worked fine at priceline:/
What's going on here?
I realised when I got to the counter that my click and collect was ‘processing’ and not ready to collect. I laughed off my mistake to the assistant and asked if it’s ready or if I should come back later however the assistant proceeded to ‘fix it up’ for me.
I moved away from the counter and stood to the side near the aisles as to not put pressure on the staff member and saw she had finished. The assistant then continued to the queue without acknowledging me to which I received the text saying it was ready to collect — although standing infront of my order, I lined back up in the queue. The new assistant that served me was searching up my order and rummaging through all the click and collect orders with the previous assistant watching on, not bothering to help her. She eventually asked what she was looking for and pointed it out, before staring me down telling me to “check it first”.
As I didn’t expect the trouble, I left the counter thanking the new assistant before making an effort to thank the previous one in hopes to laugh off the trouble, however she blatantly ignored me.
Experiences like this are incredibly minute and absolutely avoidable however leave you with an unpleasant impression. I was more than happy to return once the order was complete but if you are going to kick up a fuss after offering to ‘fix it up’ it is simply rude and unacceptable customer service.
I have consistently received wonderful customer service from the Chemist Warehouse Paramount store, and seek it out now when I need my pharmaceutical goods. Yola particularly provided exceptional customer service regarding my Embryolisse Lait-Crème Sensitive inquiry, and I can’t recommend her enough!
Friendly staff, great service and a bigger store compared to other Chemist Warehouses. Has a security guard who keeps following you around which is a bit creepy.
By far my favourite chemist warehouse in the CBD, staff are lovely and even if they can’t assist you are still actually helpful - and the layout of the store is organised and functional and not just a random mish mash impossible to find things in
Okay services and staff offer said manager will contact me back with the product I want but out of stock. Fact is never got anyone call me back ️
Poor customer service and sell products that expire relatively soon. Would avoid ordering anything from this store.
Totally useless. Processed a number of my scripts without my knowledge or permission. Have totally stuffed up my medications now, as I won’t be able to get them written earlier. You’d think when dealing with something as important as medications, they would be trained and competent. And not roll out glitchy, bug filled online prescription services. Some free advice- Spend the money and get something that is able to perform the basic functions needed before messing with medications and wasting all of our time following up to unresponsive staff and customer service.
The store - Don’t have medications in stock. Have been given items that are a few weeks off from their best before dates too.
Nice staff. But this is the third CW I went to today to obtain a supervised RAT test. Please don't advertise that you offer this service if you don't.
