Chemist Warehouse Melbourne - Bourke & King Street

Service was not friendly (the staff were more busy in conversation rather than available to help customers and when approached their response was abrupt and rude). I don’t understand why the over the counter antihistamines and pain killers (ie Nurofen and Panadol) were behind the prescription counter - making it time consuming to purchase these items when there were no staff behind the counter.

Worst customer service.counter staff was very rude. Perfume section was locked and if we want to see they will open n stand near you. We are not allowed to touch. Anything selected they won’t allow you to keep in basket as if its Gold.price mentioned not the same in some items.overall not a good experience n i will hesitate to visit again.

Avoid if possible. Despite this is Chemist Warehouse, they have higher prices, comparable to top of non-discount stores. I have paid +30% extra to what I normally pay at Chemist Warehouse next to me.

Horrible service at the cashier/checkout, the female cashier look at you like you are dumb for asking a simple yes or no product specific question. Be expect for a mood shift if you were to ask questions. Other than that pharmacist service was friendly and helpful, security is welcoming and greet you on your way out too:)

A new CW, a pretty big one too, but finding a staff member is a bit of a hard work!

I went to get a Statutory declaration form signed by Pharmacist last week, got it done. When I went today for doing SD again, they stopped providing the service.

I would give 0 stars if there was an option. I went to the store and tapped my card and just then the card reader went into some kind of shutdown and the counterstaff told me payment did not go through. However I showed him that it did at my end. The staff was untrained and had no idea what to do and kept insisting the payment did not go through and I couldn't take the items. I said show me the proof and he asked me to wait - I waited over 5 minutes before I walked out. No proper follow up carried out until I walked into the store 1 hour later and asked them for the proof which they another staff gave me. Totally unprofessional - the worst customer experience and staff having no knowledge of the escalation process. Will be avoiding this store henceforce.
