The store was clean, majority of its staff are very helpful and friendly. However the services at the checkout was horrible. The guy too busy chatting with his colleague non stop while serving. Not paying attention to the customers waiting in the line. And making the checkout process extra long by pausing his movements and try to recall his holiday accommodation. I was holding out my phone waiting and waiting for him to scan my barcode for the pickup orders.

Very disappointing service from the pharmacist today. They lodged my ndss application on my behalf last December and I never received the card. When I went back to check what's happening, the pharmacist just kept pushing back on responsibility. When I asked her if she can check if my application have indeed been faxed/ lodged, she responded "how am I supposed to check that when it was lodged in last december". Speechless.

Called about a script the staff said it was all good to come and pick up. After arriving at the store I was advised I need to do a test which they don't do. Called the doctor, the doctor said that was incorrect and to get them to read the script properly. Went back and got the medication. This simple task took over 30mins when it could have taken 5mins.

Anne s is worst customer representative, said no to refund. And started giving l excuses about why she can’t do that. Even though I bought product just before minute or two.

Great range and prices, staff are friendly and helpful. The only problem is that in order to get a mobile connection you have to be outside the front of the store - makes it complicated for the use of E-scripts

Pharmacist Duyi, BAD attitude to customers. RUDE, likes to make u wait unnecessarily, ignores u. Not helpful. Seems hates job or customers, unprofessional behavior. SAD. Also with pharmacist Jacob waited 30 min for my script to be dispensed without any acknowledgement of wait time. Doesn't give u option to come back as no communication. Just leaves u hanging and wondering. 7 customers scripts dispensed before me even though I gave my script in first hence 30 min wait. He Also makes u wait unnecessarily, other c.w. Stores don't experience this problem.

Chemist NAME is Sim; Rude, arrogant and totally unprofessional chemist.unnecessarily makes patients wait for hours.then when a patient complains then she shouts at the patients.totally unprofessional and racist.don't ever go to this pharmacy.pharmacist assistant is also a liar. WORST EXPERIENCE.the chemist next door is far better.

Been coming regularly for 4 years. Often make mistakes and the filing system for scripts is unreliable. Came in at a quiet time and was refused help with signing a stat dec, despite being a paying customer and offering to pay for that service. Went next door to Alliance and got lovely service, will move my scripts there.

Rude customer service from the pharmacist. He has made very rude, unprovoked and smug comments on personal appearance on two separate occasions while I am standing in the store looking at something. Today he was running around the store nearly bowling people over during peak hour service times. Other staff force you to move when looking at something because they can't wait for you to finish choosing items. Very rude and unprofessional customer service standards in this store. I would not recommend going there.

Bad attitude, we were looking for aptamil formula for our kid, checked at Chemist Warehouse 28 Koornang Road but out of stock, the girl told us to come to this store since it still had 10 in stock, but a guy name Duy in this store said that there is no more? With an attitude that implied: “go away” and he did not even bother to go inside and physically check it, not even check with the computer. He then asked his friend and made some signs that we did not understand and then insisted that: THERE IS NO MORE FOR YOU!

Unprofessional employee who condescendingly didnt offer any help when I asked of what I was looking for. He nearly looked behind and sneered when I needed it.

Very bad customer service, I purchased Euky Bear warm stem vaporizer from them in Last April. It does not work now, so I pop in shop to fix my problem. They check steamer and said to me that they can't help me, You have to cal manufacturer for replace. Why you peoole selling if you can't provide any solution. This is disgusting in well advance country. Never suggest other to go in this shop any more.
