Rude phamacy assistant who has no public relation, needs to go back to school to learn how to help people, I don't recommend this place at all, if the vey first point of contact is very unwelcoming how can we trust the service they provide?

My experience of the floor staff has in the most part been positive and constructive. On the the other hand the pharmscists are truly bottom of the barrel, both in terms of doing their job and as human beings. If they see you as bellow them they will withhold medical advice, medication, you may be abused for no reason, and most bizarrely, falsely accused of theft.

Harrison lead chemist at chemist warehouse was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products.
He has helped me with my wifes medication numerous times.

Was an O. K. Experience, guy called Jacob kept asking for a bag. I was very confused and suspicious. I took off and he chased me, turns out he needed to check my bag for potentially stealing stuff. He never caught me however.

Don't answer their phone. Bad luck if you need to organise payment and pickup of covid medication. People could die. If you're so busy, your clearly making money. HIRE SOME MORE STAFF like Ivanhoe CW.

Great place to shop, only issue I had was I asked a strapping young lad by the name of Jacob to assist me reaching a product however he was far too short, great heart just lacking some height, overall good experience tho

Left today after getting in a full on screaming argument with both pharmacists over a system error with processing 2 electronic scripts. Explained it was not easy to re get these scripts and that its now going to make me look like I'm asking for extra meds. Not only that but one script was completely cancelled so now I'm without meds. Getting into any dr right now is difficult so I'm worried how ill go over a weekend without these meds. Like had it been one, no big deal but the second script got cancelled. How does that. Didnt even have the right dr details to begin with. No wonder it couldn't get filled. System error, so the patient misses their meds. Our fault yeh!

Extremely helpful staff. I had a lovely experience with Harris he was so polite and patient will definitely be back.

The customer service I received from Aleksi might just be the best I've ever seen. She was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! Highly recommend this store and especially Aleksi.

I have been coming here for 7 years now and get all my scripts filled here, Pharmacists and staff are always friendly and helpful.
Lately I have been doing a lot of click & collect orders at this store which they complete super quick. Great store!

A local, been coming here for over 18 years and funny how one rude and unprofessional encounter can really compel you to change stores.

Saw Schwarzkoft 900ml shampoo and conditioner on sale at Coles for $7 so thought I might come into CWH here to check their prices as I needed to buy other items. Their item was sold for $12 so asked for a price match from a Vietnamese customer service rep at the desk. She said "we only do pricematch if Coles (store I had a catelogue) still had stock; if they don't CWH doesn't pricematch". I was confused having had pricematched before and none said this. I replied saying, 'oh this is a first, this didn't happen last time' and she said 'well if you don't believe me, you can go out to the back and ask the manager'. I said 'er, I only commented this didn't happen before' and she responded with 'well, if its cheaper at Coles why didn't you just buy it there? '. Then instead of politely asking me if I had the number (to which Coles btw? I could force her to call all the stores in Melbourne if I wanted to), she TOLD me to do it. Obviously nobody picked up and so she says 'well do you have another number or what? '.

Didn't realize just asking for a pricematch was so exhausting. I ended up leaving without buying ANYTHING because I couldn't continue shopping here. You know, an extra bit of courtesy goes a long way, especially NOW being the second day of January 2020. Seemed like she needed another reset to her year already. Zero stars. Fortunately, there is only about two staff members that are actually have real retail experience.

So sick of being stalked by the security guards in this store! I totally get that you need security staff but I’m sick to death of being followed around the shop, being stared down and towered over at the entrance by the security guards like I’m done sort of criminal. It is just as easy for me to go to the new Northland store (which I will do from now on!) who don’t have such condescending security staff. Sorry but you’ve officially lost my business!

Management very unprofessional and rude. Worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time. All make up was advertised half price but wasn’t scanning half price. The sales assistant said that it doesn’t start till tomorrow. So why advertise it the day before then?
I asked to speak to the manager and they told me to go to the back of the store to find him. I approach the manager/owner and he showed carefactor zero. He spoke with an attitude and had no time to come to the front of the store to be shown what I was referring too. Took a photo of the advertising but unfortunately don’t know how to post on here. Shame on the manager/owner. You give the franchise a bad name.

Was served by two lovely staff here. Sienna and Curtis were both incredibly helpful and were able to find exactly what I wanted when I even I want sure what it was. Definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area.

Rude impolite and unprofessional staff. No one is responsive at this place and they can easily mislead you.

Had the most lovely time shopping here today. I could not find my usual vitamin that I like and it was great that a lovely young lass approached me to assist me. She was so helpful and had great knowledge of the vitamin! Everybody has a smile in this chemist! Special thanks to Sienna, Holly and Curtis! Fantastic customer service! Will return!

Amazing hospitality at this store and professional staff! Dispensary is very fast and efficient at giving out prescriptions. Love coming here to shop and browse the neat and fully stocked aisles!
