Any tourists or non health-card owning people will find this place very helpful to access prescriptions for reasonable prices. Excellent customer service from the pharmacists to provide me affordable medication.

WOW! So when did the cop from The Village People start working here? ! Worth the visit for sure.

Pharmacist is a sociopath. He snatches things from his colleagues, he's rude to them and when you irritate him with the slightest question he becomes irritated and rude to you. It was worse when he mocked the medicine I was on for study. Needs to be replaced.

Website stated 9pm close. Arrived at 8: 45pm and already closed, lights off, nobody in attendance. Unacceptable.

Staff are really friendly. On times when I’ve needed medication they have gone up and beyond to help

I've been here twice. Very uncomfortable with the security system here. They'll follow you like you're a criminal. I understand the job and the responsibilities of the jobs. However, being followed and keep being checked on is not necessary. Will never be back for sure.

I was helped out by Joel. Not only was his product knowledge absolutely incredible, but he went above and beyond with his customer service to help me with my needs. A true staff member Chemist Warehouse Fitzroy should be absolutely proud to have.

Can't believe how badly I was treated! I went in this morning and was seen by the pharmacist named Isra who was rude, paranoid and confrontational. Also, Isra asked which brand meds I wanted then said I couldn't specify the brand.then dispensed the brand I didn't want! I've never had this problem before, all other pharmacists are really helpful but this was a very bad experience. I complained to retail manager named Georgie, who claimed I yelled at Isra when I didn't. It was like walking into a nightmare- what would cause someone to lie like that (psycho?).
Anyway I wouldn't normally leave a public review but this was outrageous, no one has the right to confront a sick person like that and lying about me is NOT ACCEPTABLE!

If you would like to be followed around the store like you’re a criminal then highly recommend you shop here. The most uncomfortable shopping experience in all of Melbourne. I understand that security is of utmost importance, however I fail to see why I need to be followed around the store as if there is no possible way I came to legitimately purchase my items.

Some of the staff are fairly rude over the phone. It's a hit or miss though mostly a miss.they often seem to be unintersted in taking to you over the phone and would rather do anything else.

Was just yelled at by the security guard for not being able to hear him with his mask and gave screen.i was coming to pick up my script for my ear infection.

I strongly disagree with the service provided from men who the company must teach codes of respect women. I tell my anecdote: I was in to the shop and I know that the guard man have to look after the shop but it was asking me all the time what do you need? And I say no thanks I’ll search by my self and I ask an one employer one information and the guard again with the man helping me, ask me again and It was looking for me all the time please what is wrong with this guy? Oh it was really bad experience for me.

I always find looks and attitudes on the part of the Indian and Afro workers in their stores. Please check the behaviour of your employees because the most común customers we are woman.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. The security guard who was at the door yesterday at 4.30pm followed me while I was shopping which made me feel so uncomfortable. A customer should not have to feel this way when purchasing products. The management should review this and have a word with him.

Staff are friendly place is nice but the security guard (he had African background i think) was keep following me and keeping his eyes on me for no reason.the funny part is he does it all the time I feel extremely uncomfortable I won't go there again.

Really friendly security guy- helpful and made my day! Pharmacist also quick to help with sound advice. No line to pay. Full range of products!

Checkout staff here are absolutely lovely. Don't go if you need advice from a pharmacist though, they're all equally bad-tempered, condescending and impatient.

A reasonably well stocked branch but as soon as I walk in the store, the security guard working immediately starts following me and makes me too uncomfortable to look at the products properly. Because of this, I tend to only pick up my prescriptions and get out of there as quickly as possible.

Very unhappy. The staff tried to get me to stop breast feeding & instead switch to formula to help colic.

If I wasn’t a determined Mum I would have been pushed into it!

Just why? ! Breast feeding is hard enough without other women trying to stop it too!

ALL the staff are very helpful and serve you with a smile and courtesy! I am a regular customer and would not go elsewhere!

While the Pharmacists are helpful and friendly, I wish I could say the same for the rest of the staff. The security follow you around the shop, when they look more like muggers than the shoppers. The shelf packers are always in your way, and do not move or apologize when you have to point out you are trying to get something off the shelf they have blocked. Prices may be cheap, but the service staff need to undergo at least some sort of basic customer service training. Customers think it is OK to put their pram in the queue while they are still shopping, the staff/security say nothing, there is probably more stolen stuff though prams then people that come in with their own bag, that is who they should be watching.
