Chemist Warehouse Dandenong

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced the old Indian lady ignored my mum.and basically forced me out just because they were closing in 2 minutes which I understand but that’s no way in treating a buying customer.

Recently had a wonderful experience shopping for perfumes and I was assisted by a male staff member who was welcoming and friendly. The staff there are thoughtful and accommodating! Don’t know why theres so many negative reviews, I always have the best time shopping here, as it’s a bigger chemist and more space to shop around.

My recent shopping experience at Chemist Warehouse Dandenong left me utterly disappointed. I walked in with the intention of purchasing a specific perfume brand and approached a staff member for assistance. However, the response I received was far from what one would expect in a retail setting.

When I inquired about the perfume I was interested in, the response I received was, "That's $70, do you still need it? " This curt and dismissive reply left me feeling perplexed and somewhat uncomfortable. Naturally, when seeking assistance in a store, one expects a more helpful and customer-friendly approach.

Despite the less-than-ideal interaction, I went ahead with the purchase, but the entire experience was marred by the initial encounter. It's crucial for retail staff to provide a welcoming and helpful atmosphere for customers, and regrettably, this was lacking during my visit.

Overall, this encounter was a letdown, and it's my hope that Chemist Warehouse Dandenong can work on improving its customer service to ensure a more positive and satisfying shopping experience for its patrons.

We shop every week from here. Even then we donated multiple coins for certification and waited for about 15 minutes. The chemist signed on 4 pages and we had 5. He asked us to visit another chemist warehouse which is only 10 minutes’ drive from here. He signed only 4 pages and not the fifth.
Our last date to post was today. And we missed it.

Zero stars, if possible! Spent 20 minutes of my day being told by 3 people, including the pharmacist in charge, that I couldn’t exchange something that was faulty beyond 7 days, not at the Chemist Warehouse I bought it and without a receipt. Adherence to Consumer Law at its finest! Will definitely not return and will be making a complaint with Chemist Warehouse directly.

EDIT: Spoke to Nina over the phone at head office, and she couldn’t have been lovelier. Complaint filed.

Staff’s are very helpful, friendly and easy to communicate with. The Chemist itself very spacious than most Chemist Warehouse. Parking was easy too

Refused to do my stat dec. It was after 8pm. There were about 2 customers in store, it was dead quiet. I said i really needed it and I would wait but just flat out refused. I wont be spending my money here if they couldn't spare 2 minutes for me.

Very roud and disrespectful especially the manager of the store she did not help any customer in their needs absolutely disgusting shame for chemist warehouse if anyone showing pictures of any products from phone she never look at it and she asking to say the name if the products some of the name are too hard if u say the name wrong she is making fun of that it means she is very racist I fell so bad for dandenong community that we have that much awful chemist and the manager
They should select some one with nice behaviour at Lonsdale Street shameful

Very unhappy it is scam. I bought quite few items here and played prize game by Nivea. I received so called prize- it was false ViSA card that doesn’t have any money on it. I like Chemist Warehouse staff and it is not their fault. But to advertise game and not meet the conditions of game is nightly fraudulent and unsatisfactory either by Nivea or Chemist Warehouse as their representative.

Aweful and disgusting customer service! Today, I went there to get some perfumes but my goodness, the woman who served me at the perfume cabinet gave me good kicking as if I am piece of dirt! She didn't want to really serve nor wanted to provide testers to sample. Her behaviour was like, take it or leave the shop attitude.

I needed the stuff, so ending up buying $200 goods in the store. But this bully drives customer out the door like nobody is watching and seemed to love it. Against these people, poor scared customers could only put their tail between the legs and run out the door. What an appalling behaviour.

I'm writing this review within 15minutes of getting out of that messy Chemist Warehouse. Management, get your thumb out of your mouth and fire these bullies first, ffs. Treat the customers who gives business to you, with respect.

Pathetic customer service by a Indian pharmacist it’s the second time I was told that my scripts were over by this woman and after complaining she’s gone ahead and denied that we asked for it. My sms informs me every time my scripts are due to be dispensed. I have 8 rpts left and yet! I won’t be using this pharmacy again just a pathetic bunch of pharmacist there wonder if she even knows how to look up the details

I would highly recommend you check your perfume and make sure you keep your receipt. It maybe brand new but the smell could be awful. Do not hesitate to go back and return the product and get your refund back.

The product, an electric toothbrush, which I bought is fine & works well. The 'In-Store', or should I say 'In-Stores' experiences were troublesome.

There are two Chemist Warehouse stores in Dandenong. I went to pick up my 'click & collect' from the correct Store, the one mentioned in my verification text. After many attempts to locate my parcel failed, I was directed to the other Chemist Warehouse.

The cashier at this Store found my order on the computer, but I was told it was definitely at the first Store I had just come from. So I returned to the original Store to try again. After another few attempts, my parcel was indeed located. The Cashier who finally resolved my issue was really helpful.

I need to also mention that I am disabled & am a mobility scooter user. My 'In-Store' experience as such, leaves much to be desired. One can barely navigate the narrow aisles. Once I got to the Checkout line, I could barely snake my scooter around such tight turns. When I actually left the Store, the Security Guard had to open up the 'Entry Door' for me to Exit. I will not ever return to these stores because they exclude & discriminate against people with Mobility Scooters.

Had a great experience here. Staff was nice and they helped to choose the right product myself.

Chemist Warehouse in Dandenong are amazing. They have my scripts and the text message service reminding me when they are due and having them issued is so easy to use, it's wonderful. Mostly though, when I was isolating due to COVID exposure and waiting for test results, even though they were short staffed they delivered my scripts to me. Naj and colleagues, you are amazing and thank you for all the work you do!

The worst behaviour of staff, I experienced with this Chimist warehouse.they have a good experience of discrimination as well as making money on wrong way. I will name everyone of them soon.

I can always find the products I need here at reasonable prices. The white guys and girls (with no offence) here are very friendly, patient and helpful! Thank you!
