Chemist Warehouse Collingwood

I’m done with this place. I feel like the chemists look down on people. They come across as condescending and rude.

They are often out of stock and don’t offer any solutions at all.

Very poor customer service skills. Terrible communication. I would go elsewhere for sure.

They were out of stock of my medication today and gave me no answers as to what I should do. I ended up a couple doors down at Newton & Leung Pharmacy who did have my medicine, were quick, kind and helpful!

The staff restocking and on tills are nice, kind and helpful. But anyone of the actual chemist area needs a major attitude check.

Chemist Warehouse stinks. I said it.

The staff (older lady) and the pharmacist was very rude and very reluctant to price match and GIVE 10 % off the difference even though this is very clear on their website policy! They older staff lady tried to argue and only back down when I show her their web policy and mentioned that it is illegal to false advertise. Went to get Cenovis Multivitamins 100 caps on the 29th Apr 2023 around 2pm. I did my diligent check for lower price elsewhere on my mobile - it was cheaper at Woolies at that point in time. The staff and pharmacist (probably the owner here) need to really go back study through their web published policies to any future embrassement and losing their customers.

Brilliant service with a smile. Chris has been managing my prescrptions for years. I rarely go to any other Chemist even though a nearer one has just opened.

Arrived at 9am only to be left waiting outside for them to open up. When I called a few minutes later to check their open time I was told quite rudely “We’ll be open soon” before being hung up on.

Budget pharmacy? But the actual pharmacists are very very helpful. A+ service every time I pick up prescription.

I'm positively impressed EVERY time that all staff spontaneously offer help. I don't know any shop that so consistently does this (and without wanting to push products). Large range. Pharmacist (s) on site always friendly and attentive.

I am lucky to have such good pharmacy in my hood. Just 1 min walk from home. Staff are friendly and helpful. The Pharmacists are knowledgeable.

Poorly managed, bad costumer service. The lady was rude, I went there to certify a document and the woman kept attending every person that came into the shop but me. I ended up leaving. I don’t recommend this chemist.

My local chemist but they always think im trying to steal, which to b honest gets a bit old but still a good chemist.

The pharmacist told me there was a 10 minute wait and it turned out to be 30.no problem if you are busy but just tell me so I can come back instead of waiting inside the chemist with a bunch of people while there is no fresh air circulation.

Terry is my fave pharmacist ever. Thank you Terry for your professional, friendly and efficient dispensing of medicines.

Experienced a male pharmacist here as really insensitive with regards to a women's health issue. Very disrespectful and rude with no concern for privacy. Do not recommend at all.

I have had the benefit of shopping at Collingwood Chemist Warehouse for many years and am constantly impressed with the customer service and knowledge expressed by Terry and his staff. Terry strives to make everyone feel important and his empathy with customers is blindingly obvious. Nothing is too much for this manager and his guidance is reflected in his staff. A few of the other pharmacists here show compassion and care and I know personally that the owner Sam tries to instil a sense of friendliness and relaxation. The older pharmacist Chris has been here for a while and although he doesn't suffer fools gladly he is always up for a bit of light hearted banter and is always in a good mood. The front of shop staff have always been very helpful and I have always enjoyed my visits here.

Back when I was studying chemistry I thought this was a great place to study with real chemists in a warehouse. When I arrived I discovered that 1. The place isn't even a warehouse, its just a shop trying to be one, and 2. There aren't even real chemists here, its just some 'chemists' who peddle drugs at people. Don't be fooled.

Poor systems management and staff training - with staff seemingly not aware of the full statutory obligations that exist for consumers and business’ alike. A pharmacist claimed thay couldn’t provide me a refund for the product because it was the 7th day since I purchased it and that even if it weren’t the 7th day, they don’t “sell the product often” so therefore wouldn’t refund me - ridiculous.

Can be either fantastic or quite terrible depending on who serves you, staff range from fantastic to rude and incompetent.

Went to get a copy of my passport verified; got told to wait 10 mins; after 15 mins I was told they were busy. I said I could come back tomorrow they said to try a different pharmacy. Cheers, really enjoyed having my time wasted. 10/10 for effort.
