Chemist Warehouse Burwood VIC

I paid for an item and the pharmacist made a scene accusing me of attempting to steal two items, one of which I had already given back to a staff member. I said to him he could use basic customer service skills and be less aggressive but replied " I probably lack those skills"

Excellent, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff.
Received excellent advices from the pharmacists Xavier, Irene, Leon, Ran on a whole range of health issues, medications, supplements, etc.

The service here is awesome. All the pharmacists are really friendly, nothing is an issue. They come and find me in the store to hand deliver prescriptions, and happily provide advice on any issue. They remember my name as I'm in once a month, good old fashioned customer service at it's best!

From the moment i called and spoke with Leon on the phone until i finished up dealing with Irene on arrival.what a breathtaking experience.   Kind, friendly, patient, so helpful and most importantly, just happy. This customer service provided by Irene at this establishment has been probably the best ive ever experienced anywhere in Melbourne. Just ridiculously good! Guys.keep up the spectacular work. Easily the best pharmacy I've come across (and I've visited many over the years). Customer service is exceptional. I'm a regular customer and most of the pharmacists know me by name; they are always warm, courteous and willing to share their knowledge. They are always willing to go the extra mile. All members of staff are friendly and always make me feel welcome.

Indeed one of the best Chemist warehouses out there, the service was impeccable, Irene the pharmacist is super nice and knowledgeable and she remembers my name and my prescription only after a few short visit, other staff like Leon, Xavier and the ladies at the front counter are all super nice and friendly, can't recommend enough of this store.

Customer service so good that iv taken out time on a Sat to leave this review for other to see. Absolutely blown away by exceptional service that I received from Xavier at the chemist wearhouse Burwood store. He helped me with perfume, has a wealth of knowledge & not just a sales guy. Convenient local pharmacy and store featuring a good range of products from beauty, self care and vitamins to a modern range of healthy light packet meals. Modern Pharmacy is located at back of store. Centrally located on Burwood Road Camberwell. Polite efficient staff who offer help in an unobtrusive and considerate way.

I have been dealing with Xavier, one of the pharmacists.
Can’t speak highly enough of him. He listens, he’s helpful and he has the nicest manner. I will keep returning here because of Xavier and the friendly team.

Irene has been so lovely, helpful and polite on every occasion I’ve communicated with her. Her customer service is beyond amazing. My local Chemist Warehouse is only 5 minutes away from me but I’m willing to travel the extra 20 minutes to visit this one in Burwood because each time I’ve visited I’ve left feeling so happy and grateful for the kind service.

Went there to pick up a sigmacort inhaler, and Irene was the sweetest and very clear in describing how to use it and giving extra information. The store was quiet at the time, but I still appreciate her taking the time to do that. She even shared some personal stories:)

I cannot speak highly enough of the Chemist Warehouse in Burwood. I go almost weekly to collect prescription medication for my aging mother. The Pharmacists are attentive, kind, interested (in both my mother and myself) ; they remember my name and have remembered items I have inquired about, notifying me when available. I don't live in Burwood but I would go out of my way to purchase from them. Likewise, the counter staff are helpful, attentive and always happy. I never write reviews - this is my first review ever but I felt deserving. Well done!
