WORST CHEMIST WAREHOUSE POLICY!
I’m EXTREMELY sick at home with a very bad flu and sent my wife to buy Lemsip max honey and ginger. By mistake she bought the LEMON which I’m allergic to citrus flavouring.

The package is untouched and pristine and was NOT opened! I detailed check by the supervisor who was called could have dealt with it satisfactorily and not just “ medicine can’t be exchanged” etc

The outcome was BAD LUCK YOU have BUY THE NEW ONE! Omg no exchange on the exact same day.

Will NEVER BUY FROM THIS CHEMIST WAREHOUSE. PRICELINE IS ALWAYS BETTER WITH SERVICE. Very professional and knowledgeable. Chemist warehouse is just that A WAREHOUSE, with very hot and miss service. Never again

An utterly horrendous experience each and every time, but today was my final straw. I stood right by the counter for close to an hour while my medication, unbeknownst to me, was dispensed and sitting in a basket already. No explanation as to why this happened. The environment in which these people are dispensing medication is chaos.

The store is also incredibly cramped, so you are forced to have incredibly private conversations within earshot of total strangers.

Heinous vibes. Stressful and horrible.

I would give minus star if there was an option. Staff is very very rude and non empathetic. The lady on counter said “this ugly man gave me a fright” to the old person standing infront of me at perfume selection.
Staff definitely needs one on one session for customer sevice.

Girl that served me on the 4/06 around 6: 30 was so rude…girl it’s not too hard to greet ur customers and focus on your customer when serving them instead of talking to ur friend.absolutely trash store

It’s alright, fairly small.
Waiting times for picking up prescription is a bit slow, although it is not a big concern.

Only downside was that a customer DID NOT control her kids from RUNNING in the chemist, there were adults - even elderly customers that have had their space invaded by these kids. Adults should not even BRING kids at a place like a chemist where majority of customers are standing, especially given the little space where we all have to squeeze to get by.
Overall the chemist itself was okay, i just didn’t like the ignorance of some parents. Do better.

Not coming back to Chemist Warehouse Burnside. Staff took prescription quickly and walked away. No greetings. No hello. Didn’t ask if ok with generic brand.
Waited 30 minutes at the prescription area and skin care, walking to and fro as there’s no space to wait.
Said they called my name but definitely did not hear it at all.
So much in pain as had to stand that long.
Suggest you yell out the name clearly at least twice and check if people standing need help as they are likely waiting for their names to be called.

Worst chemist ever. So many mistakes when it comes to medication. The way they have treated my elderly parents is absolutely disgusting. They don’t take any accountability for their errors and blame their customers.
Too bad Theo the old owner sold up.

Was told no wait and then 50 minutes later still waiting. She forgot my script. I left with no medications. Avoid this chemist at all costs

Absolutely appalled at level of rudeness and lack of customer service at this chemist warehouse. Staff lack basic customer service and have so much attitude! If you dont like your job, GO HOME. No need to ruin other peoples days with stuck up attitudes. None other the person incharge itself who didnt want to disclose their name. The so called staff who was in charge was working on the 15/12/22 at 6: 30pm. Didnt even bother to explain why she couldn't give a script, just told me to contact the Northland Chemist Warehouse. And tell them what? I contacted the team and Northland and they explain it to me and sent the script to my phone. Being in healthcare its shocking to see someone of syuch calibre representing Chemist Warehouse. Would not recommend anyone to go here!

Chemist Warehouse Burnside has gone from being the best family chemist with staff the knew your name and friendly reliable service to one of the worst in a matter of a few weeks.
Staff turning up for work right on opening time so they are not ready to serve you. Dirty floors boxes everywhere, confusing and mixing up prescription and pharmacist not understanding simple requests for regular medications. After many years of going to Burnside, I think I will be taking my business elsewhere

I bought an item from them and it was too large for me and I went the same day to return it but they refused very rudely be aggressively. This is the worst customer service experience I have seen in my life. If there was zero star review I will give them

Zero helping attitude by the manager. I bought BP machine from here. When there were issues with the machine just 2 months after, I received zero customer service from the manager. Next time, I’d rather buy the expensive equipment from a place where they are ready to stand up for their customers and help them rather than running away from situation

I went there get a document signed by the pharmacist. He kept me waiting forever saying he has to serve peopke prescriptions. Never again in this shop.

Worst Chemist Warehouse of all Chemist Warehouse's. I waited 30 minutes for a prescription only to be told I can't have it because I can only get it every 2 weeks. Went to Total Health Pharmacy in Sunshine same day waited less than 5 minutes and got the prescription filled. Will never go there again even though it is the closest to my work. I do not know why it takes half an hour for a prescription when other chemist's only take 5 minutes. It is a deliberate ploy to make you look around there store. Very unfair on customer's to make them wait for no other reason than to get them to buy more.

Covid-19 restrictions in stage 3, came to collect medication which runs no health risk (over-ingestion) and requested my 3 scripts to be filled immediately (as has been done each time prior to today).
TERRIBLE customer service from the Pharmacist, who took over 15 minutes to locate my script.
UNBELIEVABLE response from the manager (Middle aged woman - pale and brunette) which rang along the lines of "we don't need your business".
Entirely appalled by the experience and I will definitely not be returning to this store.

Both their online and instore customer service is horrible. Purchased a product online which we were not going to be able to use therefore wanting to exchange or refund instore and were advised we could not do so and it had to returned online at our own expense.

We also had another incedent whereby a stand was marked as halfl price. Had purchased the products and opnce paid i had realised the discount had not been applied. Once querying the price the staff member explained that the signage had not been removed and that the promotion had ended. They refused to refund the products and or honor the discount. Nowhere did it state a start or end date to the promotion. Afetr leaving the store and making a complaint was I honored the discounted price. Was really disappointed with how the whole situation was handled.really poor customer service.

Store got robbed of baby formula today. I was in the doctors side waiting to be seen and heard a bunch of commotion of someone stealing. He ran through the medical center side just where I was sitting right at the door so I jumped as an instinct to stop him. Although I failed because he threatened to knife me, I wonder where the heck were the chemist warehouse workers. I hear their voices yelling but nowhere to be seen. I almost got knifed trying to help them, I was disappointed that no-one said anything to me about trying to help them by trying to stop them while bystanders were sitting inside or standing by the door yelling while I am trying to grab the man for them. Obviously I wasn't going to lose my life for them or their baby formula, you can clearly see their customer service just by this. I'm shocked that no-one said anything to me, I really could have gotten badly injured and hurt for them! I was shaken up man after what had happened but no-one bothered asking if I was okay or needed help or even a thank you

Theo is one of the Pharmacist at both Burnside and Derrimut, lovely guy always friendly, and any questions I have answered professionally.

Worst encounter ever, instead of following the guidelines offered by government to avoid people coming into contact with one another, they force me to return each month AND held my prescription hostage!
I was treated like a criminal for trying to look after my own health and the health of the people i live with.
Shame, educate yourselves.

If I could rate 0 I would, Diana had FANTASTIC customer service, everyone else could learn so much from her.
Overall - a bad experience that was saved by Diana's sweet charming goodbye.
Customer service lacking as well as communication skills - particularly the pharmacy (which their role isn't customer service. ; its understandable why their people skills are not to par).
