Hate this place I’m often dealing with rude staff and if you say something to one staff how rude they are then the old lady will have a go at you. I only go to this one only if desperate for something but usually go elsewhere.
When we got panamax and checkout we got 2 then the guy says theren is a limit of 1 each person but there was no limit and he was rude dont reccemeond
Tf is wrong with the staff at the counter? Why so rude? Is it that hard to smile back at the customers?
I've been a customer of chemist warehouse for a while now, dealing with the pharmacist Bahaa all the time, he is very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this pharmacy.
I went to buy nappies today. As these guys always advertise about price match. Waited so long for manager to come and then she came and gave me attitude as if i am putting extra work on them and nobody really knows how to price match. 3 people are continuously discussing about how to do it and I am waiting there for 15 minutes. I couldn't wait anymore so I told her I am going she literally gave me a hand and said ok. Really no apology at all. Do they even care
It’s worst CW I have been, very rude staffs and security guy, no one help with the frgaence area, the tester are all faulty, you CAN NOT try any perfumes due to the pump are faulty, I think their staffs took all the spray cap off them avoid people to try, there is no any single one has the pump, go have a look, you will know what am talking about.

If you’re ever struggling on which perfume to get when there’s no testers which most of the time there isn’t. I would suggest you to get help from the lovely Indriana as she’s always recommending the best options to purchase and will be going back again!
Our experience is awful at this Broadmeadow chemist warehouse, we would rate negative 5 stars if we can.
My father with previous lung cancer history is going back China for 3 months, he got a script from the doctor for paxlovid and went to this chemist warehouse for the medications to keep in hand just in case he needs it in China.
This chemist gave him paxlovid that’s going to expired in February this year, so basically in 2 weeks time. I mean different customer Ms have different needs, if we have Covid now, of course we will take it. However our situation in the case is different, is for future purposes. We talked to the staffs, they said all paxlovid in Melbourne have expiry date of Feb, can’t source any meds with longer expiration date. They gave us the script back and said will refund us money on Monday.
We Went back Monday, they said their EFPOTS machine can’t do the refund of $2319. The amount is too big, I just wondering if they can take the payment that big, why can’t they refund. They sent my dad to bank and said it’s because his card is faulty, and my dad waited 2 hours in the bank and then being told nothing wrong with his card. It’s still chemist warehouse problem.
The chemist staff then told my dad to go back Tuesday. So my poor dad just being sent back and force because just because someone in the chemist not capable of doing his job.
The climax of the story happened today, my dad went back to Broadmeadow chemist warehouse, the practice manager there said they found something with longer expiry date meeting our needs.
And we went, but Guess what, they just put a printed label with new expiry date saying august stuck on the old medication, you can actually see through the new label and read expiry February underneath, how professional they are, I feel I want to clap for them for their creativity and unprofessionalism.
We raised our concerns, the practice manage just throw all these Pfizer company documents in our face, saying it’s legit. And asked us to contact Pfizer ourself, just a question if we can do everything ourselves, why do we need a pharmacist, why do we need you. In the end The practice manager just said have no time to help us.
We just want our money back now, we trust the brand that’s why we come to you at the first place, your practice manager is not professional, incapable of handling difficult situations, and not sympathetic, understanding towards people’s needs. What a shame! And how desperate, frustrated customer Will feel when the practice manager just telling them I am the only boss here, I can’t help you guys, either listen to me or have bad luck.
We will raise this issue with higher management, you are the boss of this chemist, you represent chemist warehou, you can’t help your client, very good.
I have been to this pharmacy a few times and have been served by a lovely young lady named Lourds. She is a very kind, well spoken and professional pharmacist and I have got that level of professionalism from her every time I have popped in to get my prescriptions. My encounter with her is one that keeps me coming back to this store. Keep up the great work!
Disgusting customer service. Due to the horrible customer service, I left without buying and lucky me found a big sales in other shop and saved over $100. The manager let the rude staff talked over her to the customer. Very disappointed to the management. There are many chemists around, don’t waste your time and patient in this chemist.
I am a regular costumer. The customer service is very poor. One of the staff (an elderly lady) was very mean to me today.
Alisha Cloti is among the kindest professional pharmacists I have encountered in many years of interactions with the healthcare sector. It is completely understandable in today's age, with massive patient volumes putting increased pressure on the sector that the average pharmacist is unable to invest in every patient as much as they would like to, and as much as patients would prefer. Especially in a large pharmacy group.
But Alisha went above and beyond to assist me in a time I am isolated and without support and I cannot thank her enough.
I encourage everyone to visit her here, and wherever she may go in future.
Disgusting customer service and they lied about putting a box of medicine in my bag I purchased even though I showed them the receipt.

Old lady there, always grumpy and full of attitude. Ask help for ladies conditioner, first don't want to hear and then forward to front counter for ask for help. Avoid going there for ever
If you can avoid going to this pharmacy you should, the customer service is dreadful. Firstly the pharmacist was rude to me for waiting in the wrong queue for click/collect. When it come to paying for an additional item I asked if I paid for the bag and the cashier became defensive and said what does it matter. When I was leaving she said have a great day like she was telling to F off and when I turned around to look at her, she keep walking. Not sure who this lady this I am, Being located in Broadmeadows doesn’t excuse poor service, we all deserve to be treated with courtesy.
A local store advised to contact this store for stock. The female who answered the phone sounded rushed and was quite blunt. I would rate the 3 second phone call less than one star in regards to the less than stellar customer service.
I like to browse and it wasn't long before the secirity guard and shop workers were around me thinking i'm going to steal something.happens all the time
