Chemist Warehouse Altona North

Went to get a laroche-posay for my face and a lady working was very rude to me, she has to be more helpful as i wanted to get instructions and advice on how to use it as well so it was very frustrating as she was very rude. Utterly dissapointed with the way i was treated and i hope chemist authority takes an action as this wasnt the first time i faced such rude behaviour. All i remember was that she was a white fat lady, that is all i can describe about her. Previously a worker called rahul also treated me rudely.

Spoken rudely by a staff member here when I went to grab a few items. Worst chemist warehouse I have been to.

Worst pharmacy in the state.
Keep ending up here when my preferred local pharmacy doesn’t have my medication in stock. In my latest interaction they provided medication with the wrong dosage. Clearly staff training is lacking.

Made to feel like a thief. Just because I walked in with a beanie and backpack to purchase a few things, the over zealous security person followed me around the whole store, then when I lined up to pay, clearly placed himself between me and the door then asked to check my bag after paying. I asked if he had cause for suspicion and he said “store policy”. So I showed him my bag and that there was nothing in it and left. I mean, who buys something and steals a well? I’ve worked in banking for 30 years, well dressed etc - not your usual suspect. Suggest CW, you train your people better and treat regular customers with more respect.

my ADHD meds which I have been trialling and got to listen to the main pharmacist today loudly make horrible remarks and calling me a drug addict who pays out doctors for scripts. I felt so embarrassed and ashamed. I don’t understand how these people can act like that and not speak to me directly if there is an issue.

Disgusting behaviour of a senior pharmacist, who openly and loudly humiliated my daughter in relation to her prescription. This pharmacist thought they were above a treating health practitioner and they thought they had the authority to degrade someone because this low life dispenser thought they were above any one else and had a degree above what they actually have and also thought as a dispenser they had the authority and medically degreed that they are able to actually tell a person (not a patient as they do not have the degree for it) to actually question and judge what is prescribed to the customer that comes in the store. What a disgrace of a low life insecure pharmacist you have in store! And the treating health practitioner will definitely be advised and will also raise a big complaint. Disgusting customer service and no doubt from someone that is clueless of any dealing with any customers. I suggest they look at themselves before they look at the class above themselves.

Have lost scripts twice. Unacceptable. Unable to collect repeats with them being unable to locate the correct script. It can happen once but twice? Will not return.

I was disgusted by praneen an indian guy behind the service desk service he was racist and not helpful at all highly don’t recommend you go there very disappointed!

The staff are friendly but holy hell are they understaffed. I stood at the prescription pick up counter for ten mins before anyone even came over to me. Pretty shocking.

The phamaists are nice however low stock level for those items I need. The recent experience I was very disappointed for returning a faulty item. I left my contact but the store never contact me so I have to go to the store to follow up. I desperately need the item in winter however they didn't give me a replacement straight away or refund, I have to buy new one while I am waiting the replacement from the producer.

Took them over an hour just to tell me that the medication wasn't available.

Go anywhere else if you value your time. These people do not.

Nobody knows where anything is! Everything has a yellow sticker and is on sale. Right to call it a warehouse, it certainly is not a place for wellness. The Two Dollar shop is more organised and friendly

Make time to wait 15 minutes minimum for a script. That's if a pharmacist bothers to take your script at the script counter, yet another few minutes wait.
Security at door also extremely rude and inappropriate, almost accusatory tones when leaving the place.
Never go there again, rather pay 3 times more somewhere else.

Very rude security staff followed me around the shop then as I was paying for my items the security guy approached me saying I had picked something else up when he was watching me something I decided not to get basically saying I'm stealing then followed me out side news flash you don't have to buy everything you pick up to look at!

Racial profiling by the security staff.have been there a few times and each time.have been pulled to the side to have bag checked.there were a few cusomers each time.no one else was checked.so much for respect for diversity in community.

Worst customer service, super slow and the security guards follow you around the store when in fact you're standing in line to purchase said items.

Lovely Staff, Helped me from the products i was after to getting all my prescriptions done, Amazing.
