Good product range with competitive pricing, however lacking in customer service. Shop floor staff all seem too busy (with stock etc) to even acknowledge a customer, when asked for help, they have a sour face as if we are a bother to them. Dispensary staff hide behind the counter and with all the product display at terrible height, they are not aware which customers are waiting around for service. Expect to wait for a long time to be noticed, especially at scripts out counter.

Bought something for 5.98 and the person at the counter rounded it up to 6.00! This is not cash and this shouldn’t be rounded up. If you’re a customer, Watch your balance. May I remind you of the ACCC guidelines:

"However the Guideline clearly stated that where a consumer elected to pay by way of cheque, credit card or EFTPOS it was unnecessary for businesses to round the total value of the transaction. ”

Keep doing this and you’ll be reported.

Today I was served by a really lovely young lady named Emily. She could not have been more helpful. She took the time and energy needed to successfully help me find an elusive product.
This store in my past and recent experience does have great customer service.
Terrific Mothers Day products too.

It’s hard to get anyone to notice you at the prescription counter, displays are too high and you wait forever or have to call out.

I spoke to a girl on the phone today about returning a product and her attitude was terrible. Worst customer service.

Make sure you check the correct sticker is on the correct medication box. Found 200mg sticker on 400mg box and vice versa.

Terrible service, I was told 10min for a script waited 30min and they weren’t even busy!
No smile when paying for my items and was served by a young boy not even wearing a mask, and he was not the only one…. Very disappointing!
Will not return!

Anthony went above and beyond to help me with my questions and his wealth of knowledge was unbelievable, could have pulled up a chair and quizzed to him all day.

Very disappointed to see in a chemist team members not wearing masks. I saw at least two today working. If they have an exemption that is fine but a badge or sticker under their name badge to say they are exempt would be appreciated by customers.

All the staff very friendly and helpful! Pharmacist and pharmacy staff able to answer all the questions I had.

Definitely my favourite chemist warehouse, all the people on the floor are very helpful and the pharmacists/pharmacy staff are knowledgeable

I found the staff to be extremely helpful. It was so nice they offered assistance when I was searching for a product & it was evident I couldn't find it. It really made my day!

Disappointed! The security at front rudely tells me to go in the normal que. I told him that I have click and collect that has separate window but he told go to the same que. I advised the cashier but seems there is a chaos!

Had a terrible experience here this afternoon, a worker yelled at me when I was checking out an item and told me I have to pay for the spray because I sprayed it, when I simply just opened the cap. I’m southeast asian and although I wasn’t really ‘presentable’, I am still a healthcare worker and not someone who should be discriminated against.

Didn't feel safe to get my medications here. Hard to believe NO ONE WEARING MASK during this time They can be super spreaders themselves and infecting local people unknowingly

The place is located at a good spot in the Altona Gate centre and it has good stock for any need. There is lot of crowd especially at the pharmacist counter.

It is a brand new store but the service is atrocious as usual. The staff are just completely clueless
