My partner went in there to get the pill with no script (as allowed by law) was denied for not having a script.

All I can say is don’t go Sunday and you’ll be fine. Otherwise always friendly staff. Great pharmacists and advice. Highly recommend.
On Sunday’s I find it frustrating as even though I do text script service I’m then made to wait behind everyone else when my stuff is ready to go.

Had a pretty rude interaction with the pharmacist, some of the worst customer experience I’ve received.
Went in to ask a brief question (at a very quiet time) and requested to speak to the pharmacist directly. Rather than speaking to me, they had one of the floor staff act as a messenger running between us to communicate. What would have been a 15 second conversation turned into minutes. To add to my frustration, the pharmacist was in ear shot and could hear our interaction - it would have been very easy to simply speak to me.
The rest of the staff were lovely.

Really love the anti theft packages for chronic blood pressure conditions, nothing like feeling like a criminal for medication I literally couldn't abuse or want to steal. I don't even want to have to take it in first place

Staff here are so lovely and helpful, especially the pharmacists! Always happy to answer questions, super efficient and helpful. Vincent in particular has been really delightful every time I've been in.

The Asian women working there treat Westerners like shop lifters or garbage. Today's disgusting experience was the final straw. I won't set foot in that horrible place again.

Worse customer service ever I gave her the prescriptions and she show me to the shelf to pick up & she would did other stuff behind the counter.at least she should pick it up and put together with other stuffs and bring to the cashier or give to me …& i can buy 2 ventolin at a time but she only can sell one …

Got served by a tall handsome gentleman. Light brown hair, great customer service. Would totally drive 40 minutes to see him again.

Came into buy a Christmas present however they didn’t have stock of the perfume kit I wanted to buy as a gift, however the experience Eru provided by showing similar options in a similar price point was something I really valued. Rare to get this level of customer service. Great experience would recommend. Thanks Eru!

Very rude Vietnamese staff won't even give a paper bag for vitamin so unprofessional this is totally unexceptable she should be fired from her job

I ordered from you a product, and paid extra to have it delivered early.

Today, 26th July 2021,10: 55AM, On Francis Street Richmond 3121, your delivery diver banged aggressively on the door. My partner had to stop his work as a classroom teacher in the middle of the online class to run out and answer the door, just to stop the banging. We usually have our packages placed at the front, it’s COVID time, no one wants to answer the door for delivery. It gets better, your driver had no mask on when he rudely asked for my partner’s name.

My first time ever ordered something from Chemist Warehouse Abbotsford online, not from my local store, and will be the last time.

No one deserves to be treated like that left alone we’re your customers.

Getting my prescriptions done here is great, I have them sent straight to the chemist and they are put into my file, I just need to call and request one of them and it is done for me to pick up later. Most staff are great and friendly, mostly the ones who have been there for years but a couple of the newer ones need to chill out a little

Seems efficient, well stocked, moves fast. Good chemist for your prescriptions and other chemist warehouse specials. Located next to Aldi Supermarket on the Ground floor enter via Nicholson Street Abbotsford.

I don’t usually post reviews, but my partner and I have visited this store on different occasions or when we’re in the area on some weekends and we’ve always had a pleasant experience shopping here. We both agree that the staff are very approachable and helpful when you have questions, especially this young pharmacist (Vincent) who has one of the friendliest customer service! This store has practically most of your everyday essentials and competitive prices.

A middle-aged Vietnamese lady staff was so rude (Other staff is ok). She is always so aggressive and talks down to customers. I don’t understand why she is disrespectful to ppl. Very disappointing.

Wonderful and caring staff in particular Jenny. What an asset she is to your company. I hope you acknowledge and reward for her genuine and amazing service.

Delightful place. Everyone is so nice, warm and welcoming. This Chemist Warehouse is a stand out, in my opinion.
