The cosmetic testers are often not available (I assume due to theft) and people are least bothered about sanitation of the cosmetic counters in this store. Big and spacious establishment but can use a little bit more enthusiasm to work.

Regular staff are always lovely, and never have had an issue before, but today the security aggressively followed me around for no reason. I’m guessing just because I’m dressed casually? I’ve never experienced it before when I’m well dressed with makeup done, but as soon as I walked in today he followed my every move.
He watched me walk straight to the fake tan, pick up one bottle, read it and walk to the front to pay. I had nothing to hide and would’ve been completely willing to show my bag, but instead of asking normally he blocked my way walking to the register to pay. As I walked out he glared at me after I had left the store, with my receipt in hand? And after he watched me pick up one item and pay without any delay?

I work in retail and understand loss prevention, following me around wasn’t the issue but it was the fact that he tried to intimidate me, stepping in my way and staring at me as I left instead of just asking to see my bag…

Bizarre experience definitely won’t be going back to this store.

Staff always friendly and helpful, especially in the pharmacy. Plus very cheap prescriptions

Wider aisles and well stocked. Shelves and tags are done neatly. Great for bulk purchase hoarders and quick on the go items.

Shop is nested deep within the building up the escalator. Follow the loud yellow signs and you'll get here.

Heavily under-staff. I had to wait for 10 minutes, with a couple of other people behind me, to hand over my prescription. And another 5 minutes to get my medicine. That would be last time I visit this Chemist Warehouse.

After making a booking for a covid test travel certificate a male “nurse” treated me with extreme racism and did not allow me to create my booking.

I will never support businesses that hire people like this.

Best place for your medicine and cosmetics shopping. They usually have some awesome deals and discounts on many brands.

Arrived at 7: 52 am, slightly early to pick up my order. I was waiting outside as the opening hours are from 8 am onwards. One member of staff arrived after 8 am and proudly announced that they would be opening the store late. The customers kept gathering outside, one walked away. The staff continued to squat, eat breakfast and chat between themselves, outside the store. I decided to walk away at 8: 15 am.

I'm afraid I have to disagree with the service provided by men who the company must teach codes of respect women. I tell my anecdote: I was in the shop, and I knew that the guard man had to take the temperature and check the bags. But why have you to closer to me? Why do you look at me like this? It is a terrible experience for me because I visit this shop frequently and every time is the same.
I always find looks and attitudes on the part of the Indian workers in their stores. Please check the behaviour of your employees because the most common customers are a woman.

Poor customer service. Pharmacist is idle and doing nothing. He still hesitate to certify documents and said he is busy.

Shop at this Chemist Warehouse this morning and Im realy having a hard time picking up the right scent for me but Amy came to assist. She really know much about the perfume available. I only plan of buying one but I ended-up buying 2 instead. Thumbs up guys!

This was my last time to visit this store, no wonder 3.0 rating is for some reason. The manager is some Chinese version infect whole staff, seems a bit franchised store that staff don't even take a hack to look after their customers. I had to exchange a product which was a misfit, however 1st the staff over the counter & then the manager. This 1 star rating could have been avoided if this store has some better manager who understand simple English full stop.

The manager and security guard of this store should not be working in customer service. I was refused service and asked to leave due to not wearing a mask. I stated I have a medical exemption and offered to show them but they still stated they could not service me. This is illegal and indirect discrimination. I later found out a staff could bring the products I wanted to me as long as I remained outside. This is the first I've eve herd of this service and company policy as I have already visited chemist warehouse numerous times without a mask and this was never brought to my attention.

I have a legal exemption and this was not enough proof for them. They were very unprofessional and discriminatory towards me I broke down in tears to which the security guard was so rude and chuckling at me. I asked to make a formal complaint and the manager would not come out to talk to me. I called customer service and they advised that this should not have happened and I should have been provided an explanation and solution to my situation rather then just refusing me service. I have already visited chemist warehouse stores 11x within Melbourne CBD including this Flinders St store this year and have spent a total of around $1,900 in-store. I will never shop here again.

Wanted to buy some stuff today. I've got an exemption of wearing mask, and a letter from the doctor. Staff refused to let me in even though previously they have let me. They did offer to grab the product but I just needed to look at a few and compare. They didn't offer to provide a mask like Coles or woolies would have done. Never returning again. Staff remained polite but their policy to refuse people with exemption is above and beyond.

Shopped here today to restock some baby items like nappies and wipes. Lady who assisted me was very thoughtful. Appreciated her help greatly. Definitely now my fave CW branch!

Get harassed by the security to wear a mask constantly, not to mention pharmacy staff make it hard to even get medication that you don't need a prescription for.waste of time.

Doctor sent my prescription here for an antibiotic and they didn't have it! It took over 30 minutes to tell me I had to go to another chemist warehouse.

Today was the First time I visited this gem in the city! Is incredibly spacious and staff was super attentive asking me if they could help me somehow. Is probably the only chemist where you are not constantly running into other people. Super happy. Will definitely keep vIsiting for a more peaceful experience when doing my beauty shopping!
