Great collection of medicinal drugs at highly discounted prices. It's no wonder they're popular. I've purchased the same medicine, once from TerryWhite Chemmart and another time from this place. There was a significant difference in the prices. What I paid around $4.5 for here, I had to pay about $13 at TerryWhite Chemmart. It seems ridiculous sometimes.



Budget friendly, helpful staff and easy access makes this store an essential one. With easy to navigate space and well-marked shelves, I'm pretty sure you'll find most of what you're looking for. Plus, if there's a lower price for an item somewhere, they'll give you an even lower price on it!



This store is a shopping mall for medicines, and just like the other stores, there's a good stock of medicines, the staff are actually knowledgeable and no other store can meet their prices.

I had a fantastic experience today - Pharmacist Dr Chai was very professional, kind and helpful during my visit. I was in and out within 10 mins and felt like I was extremely well taken care of. The security guard was friendly and greeted me when I arrived and the cashier was quick to ring my items up. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service here and am glad to have this CW as my local pharmacy.

Worst experience ever! The security guard accused us of stealing the dry shampoo. They scanned the bar code on the dry shampoo, and they even checked the stock and told us one was missing. So, we told them to check the CCTV. The staff took too long checking CCTV and after 10 minutes, she came to us telling that we didn’t see anything, so, you can go?
That staff didn’t even apologize for accusing us! Then, when we got out, THAT security checked our bags again: (NO WORDS! Never going back?

Security was a horrible man to tolerate.was following me everywhere as if im trying to steal something.what a awful experience! Highly not recommended place for a peaceful search for ur desired products.

Absolutely terrible experience. The security guard kept a close eye on me while I was browsing around the shelves. He even followed me as I was looking for my medication. When I was about to leave the security guard forced to check my bag and asked me to show every single item inside. Seriously suspect that the security guard is racist and likes to target customers who come alone. Definitely will not come back here.

Why is there a security guard treating you like a criminal? He checks my bag every second time. Other chemists do not do this. Around 98% of the customers are Asian. Do you really think Asians are shoptlifters? I will not go to this insulting store any more.

I have been to many CWs in the past and never have I ever encountered a VERY RUDE and IRRESPONSIBLE pharmacist like this CW! Her name is Ethel- Asian girl with round glasses.

First time I encountered her I was in a lot of pain having my finger just stitched up and waiting in line. When it was my turn, she rudely ignored me and asked the lady behind me to come first without even asking me. When I expressed my confusion, she said “don’t yell at my face” instead of apologising. When I asked her advice on how many panadol I should buy to ease the pain and whether one box was enough, she said “you can get 100 boxes if u want”. At that moment, I couldn’t believe what I heard.

Second time, I was getting prescribed ointment and here she was again! When I asked her whether there is any 20g size available as there’s none on the shelf, she replied no to me without even checking the inventory. Later, another stuff was able to find me the right size my doctor prescribed.

Very very disappointing experience in this store because of her!

Short of change!

I had a recent purchase transaction with a sales clerk called Jenny. I spent a total of $15.10 and paid $50.

I should have received $34.90 back from my purchase, but she only gave me $24.90. If I had not check the receipt, I would have lost $10. She also has an attitude when I asked for my cash back.

Thanks for wasting my time to go there and get my money back. Very unprofessional.

If you think that this is a clean and hygenic pharmacy, have a look at their back door! Time the Council paid them an inspection.

I am the regular customer of this pharmacy for few years. And I always find this the staff there were helpful. However, the pharmacist I met today is extremely rude when i ask question. His name is Kenneth. Won't go back again.

I had also encountered the female sales in long white clothes. She had a bad attitude and shouted at customers. I suggest you guys not buy prescription medicine in this warehouse because there are only one person.

Never came across where Security guard will keep staring and following you like you are criminal

This chemist is near my workplace so I pop in regularly but always get followed around by the security. Won’t be coming back. Should use camera’s to prevent theft instead of making people feel terrible who are literally supporting your business

Staff are rude and unprofessional. Security guard makes a point of checking your bag, even when paying for products. Awful experience.

DO NOT WALK INTO THIS STORE! PLEASE GO TO THE ONES ON BOURKE STREET FOR YOUR BUSINESS.unless you want to be treated as a criminal. There are many other Chemist Warehouses within 5 mins walking distance.
I live in this area and I forget everytime not walk into this store.

The security personnel just follows you and invades your privacy even through you pay for your items. I think it's comes down to the management of this store than the poor security guy who's probably being monitored.

Understand there are petty theft, but no need to treat every customer walking through the door with a shopping bag as a criminal.

Although they said no testers due to covid-19, half the makeup was already open and half used and damaged. There was no notice that if you use the makeup (already opened) you’re forced to buy it. The woman warned me and told me to point out which I used to remove it from the shelf as it cannot be sold and I did and apologized for using it then the security came and said I can’t leave unless I pay for them. I explained they were already open and used multiple times by other customers but he didn’t care and said I have to buy them to leave. Paid for used, half dusty and damaged makeup.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Turning away people that happen to be exempt from wearing a face mask. Disgusting service, security guard and worker ain't even Australian.

I understand that theft is an issue, but there is no good reason that I’m constantly followed by security. I live around and am a regular customer, if I didn’t steal something the 4th time, I’m not going to steal on the 14th.

Even if you bought something the day before, you’ll still be followed. Staff are really nice and helpful, but there are so many other chemists close by, I would give this one a miss.

Horrible service. The pharmacist Jeng said he needs 10 minutes while we waited for half an hour. So we checked with him again, he said needed another 10 minutes and no apologizes. When we mentioned that we won’t take long, just need 1 minute, he said you can go to another person. So rude and not respect other person’s time. He has no professional ethics.

Nice and convenient handy to find out a chemist warehouse so close to the city the smallest chemist warehouse out but quality service as always
