I switched to Amcal Preston after always going to that big yellow chemist. The pharmacists and staff are always friendly and remember me when I go in.
The personal service I receive was well worth the switch.

Andrew the pharmacist is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and made what initially felt like a stressful process of getting set up with a blood sugar monitor feel very approachable. Really appreciate the time he spent helping.

Good place to go for covid vaccines.much less crowded than the nearest alternative.the new staff are friendly and professional.
Also has lots podiatry related products.

1. Looking to employ pharmacy.

The reason l went in was to get my ear pierced was mean to get it done at last Christmas. At off tree (but l was rejected)

Booked a Moderna vaccine online. Ended up being 30mins after booked time until I actually got the shot. They just do it based on whoever comes in first. So no point in booking in advance. Ended up missing my doctor's appointment next door afterwards

Found staff member to be extremely rude and inappropriate! She was also rude to other staff members. Very uncomfortable experience, will never return.

Made an appointment for COVID booster so wouldn't have to wait at one of the mass vaccine centres.
Ended up waiting 45 minutes anyway.
Would not recommend.

Victor was the best. His predecessor Ray is also helpful and friendly. All the staff here do their very best to help. 5 stars

Had my flu shot here recently and the pharmacist was friendly and efficient. Not a busy pharmacy on non market days so good if you need to get in and out quickly. Recommended!

Great retail staff and pharmastist. Very helpful however store is in the midst of a change of ownership and thinks all a figurative mess.

Courteous and professional staff members as well as great variety of products. The pharmacists are kind and willing to listen in order to provide the best solutions possible. There is a beautician and podiatrist inside that also provide excellent service.

The old blonde lady has to be the rudest person I have ever encountered in my life! Will certainly never go back there and have already advised family and friends to not use them either.

The old blond hair lady is discrimination, rude, seem she does not care about customers, so why this store still keep her to work there
