Only bought some masks, 5 stars solely for very friendly service, no “annoyed” attitude I’ve gotten at other chemists

I'd give if I could. Went to get my sons prescription for tamiflu filled they only gave me half the dose that the doctor prescribed which 12.5 ml for 10 days (so I'd need roughly 120ml) they gave me 65mil I relised when I got home I called them they told me I need another prescription and that I need to pay for the other 65ml required even tho the original prescription was for 120 ml. So they didn't fully fulfil my sons script. And ate trying to charge me twice for the same prescription. Absolutely disgusting! The cost of doctors and having to pay doubbel for his medication is a joke and then thhieres the fact that they have absolutey no empathy and kept cutting me off and would not let me speak.

Staff was friendly and went beyond their way to help me. After me, they went with a customer suffering chest symptoms to the hospital close by worried about a possible heart situation. They're fast, reliable, and convenient being just next to the entrance and the medical centre.

Extremely unhelpful pharmasist working 5pm sat 31st of july. Couldnt even come assist us properly. Shouldnt have a job like that if that's her poor attitude.

Possibly could be good, could be terrible. I wouldn't know. Almost 8am on a Tuesday and still closed with no sign of opening even though their hours (on the door) state that they're open at 7. Don't advertise hours you're not willing to be open for.

I am grateful that your pharmacy is home delivering pharmaceutical products. The service was fast, friendly, approachable and reliable.

The male chemist was so rude he threw my medication and the young worker had an attitude on her several times I went there and very bad customer service will never go back there again

Unprofessional

Gave me generic brand medicine without asking.also the doctor clearly advised no generic brand in the script.
