Fantastic experience. Staff at reception are professional, understanding and friendly and it is a delight to have a GP who really cares about you and your well being.

Both the Staff and Doctors at the Cheltenham medical Centre are absolutely incredible.l truly don't know where l'd be without their medical help, guidance and compassion. I cannot speak highly enough about my experience at this clinic for well over a decade now. They haven't missed a trick and my family and myself are truly grateful to still be alive, ticking and well. I wouldn't be here without them.l am truly GRATEFUL.

CMC has been looking after my family for over 8 years, Mel and the girls at reception are always so incredibly kind. Dr Mitchell is the best diagnostician I've ever met.

Doctor Szymanski is a most caring, diligent and highly focused Doctor! Undoubtedly one of the top doctors who sees the individual needs of his patients as number 1! Very reassuring and most caring Doctor that I have ever met bar none!

Dr. Katrina Reid is my GP & is fantastic. Lovely person, listens to & genuinely caress. She has a great bedside manner. In her absence, I have also seen Dr Peter Mitchell on a few occasions. He is too a lovely person, who listens & is very thorough. Both are great GP’s who I’d highly recommend! Francine & Clelia (who both work on Reception) have always been warm people and most helpful to me, when others in Admin sometimes have not.

I’ve seen Dr Peter Mitchell & Dr Fiona Lai and they are both fantastic. Extremely helpful & friendly and call you as soon as they can with test results. They also bulk bill short follow up appointments how ever initial appointments are charged. I’ve found it easy to get appointments at the clinic and they’re rarely overcrowded or running too late. They can also do blood tests on site if required immediately and there’s a chemist across the road to pick up your scripts.

Just got off the phone asking a simple courteous question and got a rude, dismissive and uninformative response. Fat chance of going back!

Dr Peter Mitchell is the best doctor I have seen, explains everything clearly and has a great bedside manner!

If the 40 minute average sit in the waiting room isn't reason enough to avoid this place the rude desk staff should be, they are the least service driven people ive ever encountered over the 6 years ive been going there,

Why pay $70 for 90 seconds of poor service, after a 40+ minute wait
As a self managed diabetic of 20 + years i recommend avoiding the place at all costs

After reading all negative reviews I wasn't sure about going to this Medical Centre. But it is very close to my house and I decided to give it a try. Receptionist lady was very helpful and nice. She knows what she is doing and her customer service skills are excellent. Doctor Katrina is very nice and helpful as well.

Receptionists turned me off going to this practice. Apparently they don't bulk bill but she didn't inform me I could get a majority of the money back from Medicare, and I asked if Katrina Reid was still practicing, and she said yes but wasnt in this afternoon. Receptionist didnt offer me an appointment at all and made me feel like a burden for asking for one.not going here.

Receptionists are terrible, need to get a surgeon to re-attach there manners as they dropped out at some stage. No problem once in doctors room, the service before and after is terrible.

I arrived at the clinic today with the expectation of seeing Katrina this appointment was booked two weeks ago. I am annoyed that I was not contacted by reception staff to let me know Katrina was not at work today. I was not informed when I arrived at reception either that Katrina was not at work, even when I said I was here to see Katrina.
A simple phone call should have been made to myself informing me of the situation or at the very least told when I arrived at the reception desk. I was seen by Peter Mitchell who was lovely. Peter had a 4th year medical student sitting in on the consult I was not asked if I minded her being there either. Surely I could have been asked if I had any objections to her presence, which I didn't particulary but I feel I should have had the choice.

I'm reluctant to boast about my ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS DR. BEST EVER! EVER! Because then she'll be booked out! However, these negative comments have spurred me to defend the practice because my own experience has been nothing but awesome, and I've been attending for 12 years now. The staff have been kind and friendly and when I cant see my DR, I have been more than happy with the others. There are a few really sweet ladies on reception, who have always been kind and caring, and they always seems to be doing the best that they can. Coz lets face it.they work around sick people all day.
Personally I wouldn't go anywhere else.

First time I went there, I called on a public holiday they fit me straight in, no hassle. The receptionist was friendly and Dr Keit was amazing. Highly recommend, worth the money, better than any bulk billing medical centre I've been too.

Used to go here when i was younger, I havent been there for years, and still the receptionists are so rude and uncaring! Shame thats your first point of contact because the doctors are very good at what they do and it puts you off!

Absolutely disgusting I was a patient for over 30yrs I'm on a disability pension now won't bulk bill. Reception need manner skills they are rude I walk out never have I been treated so poorly at a medical clinic. I'm very unwell need antibiotics. NEVER AGAIN I would definitely think twice before making an appointment here.
