I came across two warm-hearted doctors at this clinic. My filler was meticulously dissolved by Dr Mark, guess experience and enthusiasm count. Dr Nermin Faltas is my go-to doctor for facial boosters. For one, she has a profound understanding of facial anatomy. Secondly, she's able to instently grasb what I desire. Their Templestowe clinic has an upmarket layout with waterproof walls and a sub-surgery room at the back. However, quiet low-key with their advertisement. Albeit it is a well-staffed clinic filled with friendly nurses. It is worth a visit if you are shopping around for a long-term clinic to stick with.

Nermin and team are very professional and attentive to the needs of the patient. Would recommend highly.

Dr Atalla is absolutely brilliant. Not only his knowlegde and expertise is top notch, he is going above and beyond to make sure customer is happy with the result. He is aproaching everyone with "its not about money, its about great result" motto and it makes you feel protected. Very human approach, which is rare in this field.
Also, Daniell makes you feel like a VIP every time:)

After having had a botched procedure from another clinic I sought out the best of the best that I could find, although all the reviews were amazing and the clinic and drs were better than I could have imagined I couldn’t help but feel worried and skeptical about how the procedure may turn out, let me just say how happy I felt that I put my faith in dr mark and his staff.

Dr Mark is amazing. Great bed side manner, gentle and very informative. I've been seeing the wonderful team here for 3 years and I honestly love my visits. I recently had my third thread lift (nose), I'm so very greatful for Dr Mark. I used to get filler (lunch time nose job) at another clinic, which I was never happy with. Filler was actually making it worse! It enhanced an already large tip! Dr Mark suggested a thread to support a lack of cartlidge and lift of the tip of the nose and I've never been happier! Had Gynecomastia back in February, overall good experience with the team here, however, unfortunately after nearly 9 months I’m still left with a lump in my left pec. Was hoping it’ll be gone and be identical to my right pec but sadly that isn’t the case

Just saw Danielle last week for facial needling as was recommended to me after a previous procedure. My gosh it’s only been a few days I can already see results in my skin. Old skin has “shed” and noticeably smoother brighter skin underneath. Face was numbed and preped before hand. Hardly felt a thing thanks so much Danielle see you next month for part 2 can’t wait to see results after the recommended 3.

My treatment didn't exactly go to plan. I experienced 2 panic attacks as a side effect from the local anaesthetic but Mark and his team were amazing and so very patient with me. He talked me through it and made sure it was my decision to proceed. He made sure I felt comfortable the whole time and kept me informed of what was happening, which helped me feel more at ease. I as so happy with my results.
