Always outstanding service, we followed Dr Sze from Rowville and will continue coming. Our whole family still comes and you always feel listened to and cared for. The reception staff are always so helpful as well.

I think i spoke to a receptionist called Sue, and when i made the mistake of calling the wrong clinic they were quite rude about it.

Today I called up reception in regards to a question I had. I had spoken to the lovely Natasha who was very kind to help me after I had received poor and rude service from another medical centre. I am very pleased with the service I had today which is why I am giving you a 5 star rating. Very very happy and less stressed thanks to Natasha. I will be recommending you first to friends and family if need be. Again Thankyou for the chat on the phone look forward to meeting you in person. Keep up the good work! Will be seeing you Thursday.

I've been seeing Dr Joseph Sze for over 15 years. When he moved to Chelsea, my entire family moved clinics with him. We travel from 30 mins away to see him, and he has been the reason we've been able to discover/overcome any health issues we've had. My now newborn son will join the family in seeing Dr Sze too. Highly recommended.

Doc Sarah and Joseph, both friendly, nice and humble Doctors. They are patience with kids too and you feel at ease and acknowledged by them.

Dr Sze is a friendly and caring physician. The clinic is has friendly and warm staff. I drive all the way from the western suburbs to see Dr Sze.

I have been seeing Dr. Joseph Sze for years and continue doing so even after moving to Fitzroy - he and my health is worth the hike. He is warm, friendly and knowledgeable. He takes the time to go through all your concerns and ensures you have peace of mind before leaving the clinic. The practice is modern and clean and you are always greeted warmly by reception. I would highly recommend Chelsea Beach Medical Centre to all my friends and family.

Very good clinic, friendly staff. Did not wait long to be seen. Had my first appointment with Dr Sarah. She was thorough - didn't rush - explained my options, and directed me to the right person/avenues to resolve my health issue.

Dr Joseph Sze is a down to earth, compassionate and understanding gp. He seems to genuinely care for me as a patient and as a person. His receptionist, Helen is a lovely lady who always remembers everyone’s name and is very personable.

Horrible. Booked over a month ago and showed up, having to take a a day off work which I’m not paid for, and was told there was no appointment and I’d have to come back and was told it was my fault.

I've been coming since they opened and have been seeing Dr. Sze for over 10 years. He's a fantastic doctor and great guy.
The reception staff are also amazing. Both Dr. Sze and the reception staff are friendly, efficient, caring, and willing to go the extra mile. Highly recommend.

I just love this medical centre, great staff and doctors, my family used to live at Chelsea, and even now after moving house to other suburb, I still prefer to drive to Chelsea when we need medical attention. Highly recommend Chelsea Beach medical centre.
