Took my hunting knife in for a sharpen. Beveled edges are un even, polish is poorly done and marks/dints left in the handle. Very disappointing. Wont be coming back.

I recently bought an apple peeler and corer unit but there was a fault with the handle when I tried it at home. I called the store and was put through to the owner, Hugo who immediately insisted he'd personally deliver me another one to my home. Hugo did deliver another one which was outstanding customer service above and beyond as I live approx 30 minutes from Geelong. I have shopped at Chefs Essentials for a number of years and can't recommend it more highly with the range of products and service from all the staff. It's also great to support a local business.

Great experience with my purchase for my partners birthday during victorian lockdown via online. I placed my order in the morning and had it wrapped (beautifully) and on my door step by 3pm for absolutely no extra cost. Awesome communication through out (as I had accidentally given the wrong card number) and a txt message when it arrived. Fantastic! I have often shopped in store and always enjoyed the shop however I had no idea how good their online store was. Would 100% recommend.

The staff are knowledgeable and patient. As I considered, looked, wandered, questioned and thought the team guided, commented and advised. No pressure to make a decision. This enabled me to make the right product decision for me. My PL's mandolin is amazing! Love the Woll pan, the couple of tools and the baking dish are spot on.
