Whatever i am writing here is my opinion and own personal experience here after having held a kitchen for more than 7 months.
It’s better to burn your cash and clap watching it instead of renting a space here. All nice things end once you sign the agreement, they will not help you in any manner specified in the emails they send out, because all their promises are not included in the signed agreement. And the minute you raise a complaint, they just say that is not in the agreement, the things we promised- me MAY do it.
No one from Admin works in live business timings, it gets even worse when they reply and discuss everything through Zoom calls. These guys don’t understand a thing about Hospitality and restaurant business. They even tried to pay for fake reviews by placing 1$ fake pickup orders on delivery apps. That is how they think they can help businesses. Refined quality of Dumb people you can ever find.
They do many mistakes and they blatantly say- we know this is mistake but we can’t help, you have to pay. The said head of the business is in Singapore and she never replies to emails, they are soo arrogant and they don’t respect towards businesses here. I suggest to not even think about renting a kitchen here.
Great location for a ghost kitchen, easy to get to and a range of different restaurants are available.
Many of the available restaurants are available on Menulog.
Street parking is available.
Overseas owners - no respect for Aussie businesses,
Stay Away as we had a kitchen here.

0 stars if I could, never dealt with such unprofessionalism. The staff were so rude, all these 5 star reviews are probably fake!
