I would be giving minus stars if I could.
I placed 2 orders with Cheese Therapy in October - 1 Mystery. Box (to arrive within 10 days) and 3 Christmas hampers.
2 of the Christmas hampers arrived on 23rd Dec - wine smashed, cheeses contaminated, frozen gel packs warm and food had to be thrown out. Mystery Box arrived just before new year - cheeses expired, and again inadequate temperature control. Appalling customer support - numerous emails and requests for refund. Finally a response from Customer Care () saying "shemozzle" was his new favourite word - nothing about refund or replacement. Extraordinarily disappointing and frustrating. Such a shame for the wonderful cheesemakers this company could be supporting

Well after reading the below reviews it seems I’m not the only one who has ordered and received nothing. I have sent almost daily emails, I’ve received one reply with ‘we are so busy’ and nothing else. Terrible customer service

Repeat customer with no issues in the past but I ordered the Kris Lloyd Cheesemaker Pack plus Grazing Box on December 18th, and it still hasn’t shipped as of February 1st.
All numbers are disconnected and no response to emails or queries through website. Outraged to then receive an auto text this morning prompting me to place an order because “it’s been a while” since I placed an order. Did the public offer not go as well as hoped so now donations are being appropriated?

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.
You will not get your delivery in a timely manner, if at all and if you do, it’ll be after you chased them up 10 times, hear back once and they will only send it when you ask for a refund and when it turns up, it’s mouldy.

Really doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

Sort reviews by most recent - you will see a very clear theme. This company USED to be great, now getting what you paid for appears to be a lucky dip with no recourse if you dont.
Zero service or care - they will not respond to your support requests. As mentioned, phone disconnected.
Recently went through a desperate "investment round" bombarding all of their customers with incessant requests for money to "invest" in them.
Now it has completely gone to sh! T. Would not be surprised if they fold sooner rather than later - feel sorry for anyone who invested.smelling like an exit scam for an unfortunately failed idea.

I would not recommend this company. I placed an order for two boxes of cheese on the 28th November and still no delivery. I have received several excuses but of late no reply to any emails. I would say it is a scam but fear it is just a very badly managed business. Do not waste your money.

Terrible service.actually non existent customer service. Boxes never showed up after months. Not even an apology from anyone who works there. Very Very disappointing. Don't bother

Avoid like the plague. Order placed two weeks ago, agreed a delivery window and nothing has arrived. Seems like their modus operandi is to take your money and run. Do not order from them. Real shame as I would love to support independent companies but experiences like these make you want to avoid the drama.

I think they might have gone out of business, still taking your money though. Spent $179: 00 on a cheese box, more than a month ago. Never arrived. Can’t contact them, they don’t reply to emails. SCAM

I've had a 6-monthly delivery for a few years that has always arrived on time. This time around, payment was taken, no delivery 20 days later. I tried to make contact, no replies to my emails or fb msgs. Phone line is disconnected. Cheese arrived 24 days after payment, and one cheese has a use-by date 2 days from now, and looks dry and old. No tasting book like in previous boxes that described each cheese, just a generic booklet with no extra info.
Something has gone wrong with this business, so I warn against ordering from them. I hope they come good, previous deliveries were great.

Taken 18 days so far for Christmas delivery as we wait here in early January and still not here. Goods have shuttled between Sydney and Melbourne, been put out for delivery several times with no delivery attempts made. Several emails. And they blame their carrier. That’s not my problem. Then they ask me to keep sending emails so my complaint is at the top of the pile. Hmmm. Lots and lots of problems with this business. Would not recommend for their customer service, as for the products they will probably be past their use by date - if they ever arrive that is. When I ask for a refund and order cancellation they just won’t listen, hoping I will go away.

Previous box was delayed by a couple of weeks, but I thought I'd give them another chance. This box was apparently express shipped 11 days ago but there is no sign of it. No reply to multiple emails or messages via facebook. Left a voicemail a few days ago, but now phone seems to be disconnected. I'm actually not sure if the business is still operating. They do seem to be able to send me marketing emails & text messages every day though.

If I could rate this company zero stars, that would be more appropriate. If you expect to receive your order, don't. If you expect to be able to communicate with them about your order, don't. Please keep your money and stay well away from them.

Splashed out and purchased a pack for Easter for the family - it never arrived and they don’t answer calls or emails. Would never use again.

I am so disappointed with the service for this company. I had purchased a box for a friends 50th Birthday, and called to ensure that the details i needed - card, delivery date etc - where given. I tried to call the number on the website numerous times over the next 2 days, and left numerous messages. I also tried to email, facebook message, and use the chat option online - no response. I then received a message saying the box was going to be delivered 2 weeks earlier than required. It took 2 hours of internet research to find a number of a staff member who would answer the phone. The delivery has stopped, but apparently it was then left in the couriers hands for 2 weeks (there is cheese in the box). No message could be attached at this stage. I then received a message that my gift would be delivered the day i requested. I checked the tracking the day of and it advised that the package (due 20/04) would not be delivered till 22/04. Again - phone, email, FB, chat and i again called the number i found the first time (no answer), called the owner (no answer) and finally got a response on the chat - "sorry been super busy with Easter we will f/up". I apparently it has been delivered today - with again NO RESPONSE from the company. I am absolutely disgusted with the service. I ordered FOOD and it was left in a warehouse? I order gifts for all over Australia all the time (food included) and this is the first and last time i will be using ARTISAN BEND and CHEESE THERAPY. I will be posting my review on serval platforms to try and help others out. Once again - the lack of communication has been appalling. They where quick to take my money, but that has been it.: (Bad form.

Ordered therapy box and grazing box for Easter, did not arrive although I ordered 3 x weeks in advance and received confirmation. Attempted multiple times to contact about delivery date, no response to emails, phone messages etc, just received a text stating it had been received at depot today, after having cancelled the order and asking for refund, have asked for depot to return food as all guests have now left awaiting refund
current and still have not received a response appalling service, never again

My second order with Cheese Therapy and both times there have been issues with delivery. I followed up yesterday and have received a full refund today, with no explanation. I will not use this company again.
