Thank you cheeky foods for remembering my childhood all your products are the best, I loved the arequipe alpina

Love their products and although I had an issue with their shipping services they were able to solve it. My problem was that my order was frozen products and it was sent with standard courier taking more than expected and affecting the total of my order.

After raising the issue, they acknowledge the problem and fixed it immediately by providing my order in perfect conditions the day after.
I appreciate their service and the time to check my issue and give a good resolution.

I wrote Cheekyfoods about this and was completely ignored. No reply. Now all I can do is warn about their poor service.
The cold parcel with frozen food was left out in the heat on our doorstep by their courier (Fastway/Aramex). 1 hr later got notification that it was delivered. They notified us that it'd be delivered the day prior. Waited all day, and nothing. Got same notification next day. Waited again all day (we are working people). Stepped out after 3. Came back & cold parcel was sitting out in the heat. Thawed. Horrible tracking/update system. I am a first time customer and I can't recommend these guys when they don't care that my order was ruined. I asked if I could refreeze their products all of which say "cook from frozen". And they never even cared to reply. Wow.

Highly recommended! I have been a customer of Cheeky Foods for many years. The products have always been delicious. The Pandebonos are amazing, seriously you need to try them. Ricardo and the Cheeky Foods team are really friendly and easy to deal with. Their home delivery service means I can always have my favourite Colombian food in the fridge ready to eat. Thanks guys!
