The girls that work at this place are always grumpy looking. None of them smile, not friendly at all. Absolute rip off as well. Won’t be back

Visited the store yesterday the first time in forever. As I waited to be served I pondered what I would get, I was asked what would I like I replied the AUSSIE burger with no lettuce, after a survey of the question's about what sort of burger I wanted, up size, it just went on and on I was going to cancel it as I was like this can't be real anyway got to the end. The girl says that comes to $19.00 I was shocked. I paid my debt and then waited what seemed like forever, I had a friend with me she had finished her lunch by the time mine was done when it did come out was on a brioche bun the cheese was melted nearly off the bun, 1 thin slice of tomato chopped up into 3 pieces. The chicken schnitzel was so hot I couldn't eat it and it was like chewing leather, so disappointed and I was going to take it back but customers were there, but I will not be wasting my money ever again at your store, so so unhappy. It had a weird taste to it also.

Tried their grilled chicken burger at Geelong. The bun was definitely old, chicken was either old or undercooked. Bad taste.

I have to say the hot chicken wrap here is the best food in Australia.
I am a Deakin student. When I have class, I always have my lunch in this shop beause this shop can provide you the food very quick. That makes you have more time to get a better grade.
They serve the best fries in the westfield. It tastes great, not salty or bland. If you put some gravy on the top. You cannot image how goog is it. The cold wrap is good choise as well. Meet, vegetable, avocado. Balanced nutrition mix suppot your health!
The chicken strips and nuggets can provide rich protein for fitness people. I am a very food-dependent person.i LIKE THE FEELING OF eating a lot of meat once. The chicken sold here is just the right size to fill your mouth.

Great value for money, generous serving size. The girls at cheeky chicken are exceptionally polite, super speedy and get my order right every single time. I always receive my meal in a matter of minutes! Yummy food from dim sims & potato cakes to chicken and chips! Not to mention the best chips in Geelong! Highly recommend

I asked for cheeky slices and 2 nuggets! The slices were just normal potato chips warmed up - no potato in them and the nuggets were overcooked! Not the first time the slices were potatoless!

$33.50 for 6 strips, large chips n gravy and a can of coke. Soggy chips, dry chicken and trying a mixture of the strips none were very tasty. One tasted paprika heavy but all were pretty bland. Given the names I hoped one was at least remotely hot.

Threw half of it in the bin and went to KFC. Very cheeky to charge that much for utter rubbish

Cheers for the offer, it seemed like a mistake but the signage of 2 for 2.70 was incoherently labelled enough that I felt it was my mistake. 2 strips 2.70 ea if I recall. End of the day the price at 25 is still a bit just justified if you just serve better product. The dryness of the strips was ridiculous. I love food and flavour, and trying new things. But being 20m from a KFC and serving that quality of chicken to people. You're not only cheeky, but kidding yourself. Maybe it sat out too long and you're more worried about profit then repeat business. In such a high turnover of businesses in that court you really need to worry about what you are serving to your potential repeat customer.

Wouldn't go near the shop again.

Cheeky chicken serves the most fresh and yummy food, one of the best in the Westfield food court. Great service too, they have a pleasant attitude and always go their way to help, especially with my allergy requirement. Thank you for taking your time every time! Keep up your good work!

Great food too bad you have to go in to Westfields to get it. Cheeky chicken definitely need to open more locations in geelong

Ordered through deliveroo takeaway, worst food I've ever had from there. I usually love it, but the chicken burgers were dry and old, chips were old and the chicken wings were definitely not right, definitely not cooked to order. I dont usually complain but heck that was bad. Never again.

Worst chips and roll I can ever recall having. Chips were undercooked. Roll had barely any chicken, was dry and a thick dollop of mayo just on the top. It's been 10 years since I ate here and it was great. After today, never again.

No service stood there for ages and no one came out to serve. Had a look in the back and lady saw me then nothing still stood there. My son loves this place but after our last time with cold food we hadnt been there for ages. Worst place in Westfield

Was terrible i had high hopes but after trying the food i felt underwhelmed by the favor of pure nothingness and the dryness of the "chicken"

Worst chicken roll I've ever had! Would've thought a chicken outlet would be able to cook chicken

Loved the cheeky fries, the young girls who served me were so helpful and even allowed me to have gems and fries in a box! P. S also very yummy:)

I found the employee to be really nice and willing to do a custom order. Really loved the food too! Will definitely be back.
