Cheap Essentials

Beside the cheap essential products they claim to offer they also definitely offer very cheap customer service.

As I entered the store, I noticed one of the employees, a lady, engrossed in arranging display items. Despite my presence, she failed to acknowledge me with a simple greeting or even a good morning. Instead, she immediately approached me and asked me to prevent my 2-year-old child from playing with a toy we intended to purchase, instructing me to put it back in its designated place.

This encounter left me feeling disregarded and unappreciated as a customer. I firmly believe that businesses should prioritize creating a welcoming and accommodating environment, where owners and employees actively engage with customers to attract and satisfy them. Unfortunately, this incident made me question their commitment to customer satisfaction.

Considering this unpleasant experience, I have decided not to return to this establishment, and I cannot in good conscience recommend it to others. I believe there are other places where customers can find both affordable products and a higher standard of customer service.

Very bad customer service. Brought an item few days back, item was small so dint have receipt, which I understand I should have kept. But without the receipt was happy to show transaction but the ladies were so so rude. She took the items and Gave me 3 mins lecture on y I don't have that tiny receipt for the 2 items front of the rest of the people which was really embarrassing. Very rude and bad service.

The lady has no manner to how to treat customers. She was very rude. They don’t have any refund or return policies. If you buy something then you will not allow to refund or exchange.

I been to numerous similar shops but this is one of the few where everything is kept neat and in their aisle. Ample space to walk and huge selection. Lovely service and found most of things affordable compared to other shops. Will be frequenting here. Thankyou

The other day a kid who was working there accused me of stealing face mask. Face mask a wore at the time was from their shop, purchased months ago. I am wondering if they doing that to all their costumers or just females. I am 40 years old, never stole anything in my life and I was never accused of stealing anything in my life. Other people waiting in the line heard his conversation with me, what a shame. He should work on his costumer/people skills.

Nice friendly service, typical of a small store with bits and bods in it at a reasonable price.

Excellent customer service, and good quality products, love the big variety they provide, u can find everything there, very affordable too.

Overall a wide selection of home related goods similar to other two dollar stores, however they have more cleaning and art related products and not as many toys I noticed while shopping there.
