I saw an advertisement in one of the hostels I stayed back in Melbourne and booked a van via their website. Immediately I got an email with the confirmation. It also said that if there was no availability anymore, they would contact me. After 5 minutes I got a message from Stu. Unfortunately the van I wanted wasn’t available anymore, but Stu helped me out. He got me a crazy good deal for a car for three weeks. I was so happy with his help and he thinking with me, that I also booked the next two cars/vans at CheapAzTravel. I can’t thank you enough Stu, you really helped me out and thanks to you we could celebrate NYE in Sydney and had the most beautiful experience!
