I recently visited Chaumet to browse the “Bee my love” range. I had such a great experience with trying on different jewellery and shout out to the lovely SA Yoon who was so helpful and lovely. She welcomed me and also helped me with choosing all these beautiful pieces. I will highly recommend going to see her if you are seeking for a new piece to add to your jewellery collection!

Having been a client for the last couple of years, I am disappointed with the new sales associate, Yoon. Unfortunately, the acting assistant manager couldn’t do much to handle a complaint. Disappointing experience in general.

I collected my white gold ring - Bee my love ring - White gold Pavé diamond specially ordered from Paris 4th February 2021.

Carrie the sales assistant helped me from 3rd January 2021 organise this and she was very kind, friendly, helpful, caring and efficient. She had the best customer service skills and she was always willing to go out of her way to answer questions and allow me to try on pieces that I was interested in. She is very knowledgable and always kept me up to date with everything as well. The workers at Chaumet are so warm and willing to help all of their customers. 5 star rating and I look forward to visiting Chaumet Chadstone again in the near future.

I am so happy with the jewellery I have purchased and even better the gift I won - Beechworth honey, valet parking for a month, and 50 dollar gift card from Chadstone.

Nice store and good service. I went to check the price of bee my love ring for my girlfriend, the staff was very warm and helpful.

Bought the new ring as present for my wife. She found the ring had the colourless zone in the center of the aquamarine. The sales person very push selling with no experience. The manager is very rude and didn’t listen to us when we request the certificate. The services and experiences I got didn't match the price I paid. Will never go back again. Unpleasant experiences. Really unprofessional.
