Asked for a vegetarian option for breakfast, told they didn't have any and was laughed at for asking.

I enjoyed a Cachapa. A Venezuelan typical breakfast. It was delicious and made me travel to my home country for 15 minutes, while I was eating such a delicious dish.

GREAT coffee. We had coffee from here quite a few times now and have never been disappointed. We look forward to weekends every-time so we can go and grab a coffee.

Great service. Awesome atmosphere. Was having high hopes as I previously visited 4 years ago, and was really great. Usually we have second coffee when we go out for breakfast after the meal, It wasn’t special enough to order twice. Milk was too hot, we had to wait for it to cool down so we can drink. Food wise, sausage was ordered as extra and was clearly cooked twice. Shame, cause it could have been a very tasty sausage. Eggs were perfect, sourdough was not great feel like a. 50 cents. So thin and not as good as other sourdoughs. This may seem a bit negative but I know that previously they’ve been very good, hopefully it was just an off day.

Owner is a rude abusive. Take no responsibility for incorrect order and substandard service. Don’t order online i spent $45 on 2 thick shakes and 2 ham and cheese sandwiches. I recieved 2 dry sandwich’s not fresh bread or it was refrigerated and 2 milkshakes I paid for thick shake which was $3 more. Rang chatterbox spoke to owner he got very aggressive and abusive and refused to refund or offer replacement. He wanted to fight basically over the phone.

Visited this cafe on a lovely Sunday morning with my 2 kids.
First of all, place is always busy which is good because the cofee and food there is amazing and people are chatting and enjoying their mornings. Secondly portion is HUGE! Price is cheaper compared with other cafes. We had to takeaway the chips cuz we can't finish the food. Thirdly the chips taste good and baked egg is so amazing!

The waitress went out of her way to help us given that my partner had dietary requirements. The food was tasty, fresh and creative and served in a timely manner. We will definitely eat here again.

When it comes to having a good eat out, presentation of the food matters to me. Of course, the taste matters more. This place was great in both scales. I have already short-listed it in the to-visit-again list. Coming back soon to chat again at the chatter box.

Love the vibrant atmosphere and the food here! This is probably the busiest cafe on Watton's. If you prefer a quieter section for conversations on weekends, I'd recommend that you request a seat at the back area.

I pop in here a couple of mornings a week for breakfast. Staff are always friendly plus the food and coffee is great. It can get busy, so pick your time, especially if you want a table.

Great customer service. Great coffee and food. This place will always be a favourite as it's where I had my first date with my now husband 30 months ago.

Amazing food and great staff and atmosphere.
Poached egg wasn’t running, but that’s being picky.
Coffee was good and not too hot to drink.
GF toast was ok. A must have is the Smavo.
The spices and fresh cherry tomatoes was a fantastic balance. Feta was smooth and flavorful.
Will be back.

Thought we’d try this place out as it had very good reviews. Upon entering the cafe it was so packed which was a good sign. It’s a great setup! But unfortunately for me, the customer service just didn’t cut it. Our waiter didn’t even smile at all. She just took our order and walked off. Food portions were great but tasted average. It’s overall a nice place.

Good cafe with a very good Parmi. Parmi was well proportionate and comes with thin cut chips with a side of gravy. Garlic Butter was added on top which I think wasn't really necessary but it wasn't bad either.

Ordered on urber eats. When the food arrived i was pleasantly surprised it was so tasty and fresh. Will definitely be ordering from here again. Well done guys!

Lovely meal, although toast was rather hard. Meals are quite large & good value for money, quick service & lovely staff

Went for breakfast as this is a well rated cafe and was very disappointed. Waitress was rude, rolled her eyes when she gave me the wrong order and drove us off the table by spraying the table down (we were still sitting and all of us had our belongings on the table; it was liquid bleach). Food was mediocre, not worth the trip at all.

Really disappointed with my experience at Chatterbox Cafe. I came in before going out with a friend and ordered a big breakfast. When served the food I saw the scrambled eggs weren’t cooked properly but I thought that maybe I was just being too picky and gave it a try, biggest mistake. When cutting into the sausage I saw that the meat was still pink on the inside, the hash brown hadn’t been fried properly and the sourdough bread was soggy. There was honestly too many faults with the meal for me to not speak up.

When I finally did decide on speaking up to an employee about the food they looked at me like I’d grown a third head, saying the eggs aren’t supposed to be completely cooked. After taking it to the kitchen and what I presume talking to the chef they came back
& kept being defensive about the food. It was to the point I didn’t even feel comfortable in the cafe anymore. I hadn’t spoken up about it to upset anyone or argue, the food simply wasn’t edible. Later on in the day I had started to feel unwell so I’d gone to the doctor and found out I got food poisoning.

Good Coffee but give the meals a miss. Meals are over priced and far below ordinary. Two Stars for coffee, No Stars for meals.
