Chatkora's Food Truck

Food is a bit expensive compared to similar eateries (Indian street food) in Melbourne.
However, for certain items the quality is quite good.
A few items are spicy (hot).
Paneer Pakora is a must try.

We have been a few times so we can try most of what they have to offer. The Atmosphere is great, service is prompt but food is pretty average.

Ordered a butterscotch pastry for takeaway and she put the chocolate one
I called and she replied “galti se mistake ho gya”
Noodle burger was pathetic and that to be for $15.99

If you are in the mood to try Indian cuisine - try dahi puri at Chatkora’s.deep fried shell filled with so much of flavour and cold yoghurt. Amazing.
This is one of the dishes that have to be eaten within minutes of prep.
I don’t like loud music and I dont understand what is there to celebrate about halloween - so three stars for atmosphere.
Food is brilliant.

The only thing worth trying are golgappe.wouldn’t recommend. Not inexpensive to try bland food.

Really enjoyed the food and a nice environment to eat at! We dined in and had dahi puri. It was amazing and a good sweet end to the savoury food.

Came all the way from Sydney just to try their famous Thali. It blew my mind away from how huge it was. Met with the owner and he was super kind, definitely worth going there

Try soya popcorn, could not think of anything like that and that is better in taste as well.

Hands down one of the best place for proper chole bhature in Melbourne. And i have tried almost every chole bhature place.

If don’t believe it then just come and try it.

Gotta eat in your car for this as they had no seating. Literally no chairs or tables. Came here for their pindi Chole and was not impressed. First time trying the pindi so based on personal taste it was a very forgettable dish as it did taste rather bland. The Chole was also cooked to the point where a simple scoop of it would have mashed a bunch of chole along with it. I kinda like some texture. But… they did serve this carrot and cauliflower pickle on the side that just blew me away. While expensive at $8 for a small serving I will be back for more of this!

This place is seriously one of the best for chaats.
Tried dahi puri and aloo chole ticki. Totally worth it!
Aloo chole tikki chat for 14$ was full paisa vasool. Really tasty. Highly recommended

Definitely best Indian street food in Melbourne. Everytime me and my wife go to Chaktoras we just love their food specially Parathas and Bedmi Puri! The staff and owner are very polite and welcoming. Highly recommended:)

Went there on a friend’s recommendation, and it was surely worth it! Getting this kind of authentic taste and quality here in Melbourne is amazing! Loved the food so much, especially the bun tikki and paneer pakodas. Coming back to try more of their dishes too.

My partner and I had bharve kulche, a noodle burger and a lemonade drink last night and they were amazinggg. The presentation, quality of the food and customer service, basically everything was top notch! So happy to see such a nice place in West.

The food is amazing. Must try this place. Most authentic taste and Indian spicy. I loved all the dishes I tried. The owner was friendly and accommodating. I would visit again soon.

Highly recommended. Yummy food with great service. Though there is staff shortage, the owner and his team is doing their best to provide the authentic taste. Simply love it.

Amazing place for chat and Punjabi cusine. All the dishes on the menu taste fresh and fantastic. Exemplary service provided everytime. I once visited the place and misplaced the receipt (which I had to claim). Requested for a copy of the receipt and they actually found my order and sent me an e-version of the receipt. I was very surprised they did that!

Food tastes yummy and authentic. Serving speed is reasonable and neat.
Considering food truck / take away type arrangement, its little pricey but taste is surely worth most of it.
Looking forward to the time when their seating arrangement is ready.
