Chatime Point Cook

This 1 Star is to the Mgmt to hire cleaner to maintain the cleanliness of this store. The sitting area & floor are dirty.

Excellent Bubble Tea! But just saying, maybe try stocking up on some items, because I had to head to another outlet to buy the limited edition light up cup. I love it’s features though ;).

This is the first time ever encounter such a RUDE girl staff who is in yellow wearing spectacles sitting there using her phone while sarcastically answer my question in a bubbletea shop.

I had a taro milk tea and it was loaded with ice despite asking for only half ice.
Most annoying was the powder like texture in every sip.
I had to throw it away after a few sips.
I think sharetea and goncha makes much better taro tea.

I would love to give 100% but the school kids who always hang out at the entrance swearing and generally annoying can be a turn off. Staff are hit and miss but generally lovely. We still come here twice a week, so the tea's definitely worth it!

Very disappointed. Decided to give chatime another chance after a terrible drink that gave me gastro years ago. This time the tea was so bland and added sugar when I asked for no sugar added. There are other bubble tea places that are much better in the area. Save yourself the $6+ for just a regular size and go elsewhere for a large that tastes much better and has staff that can take orders correctly.

I usually get served some refreshing drink everytime I go to cha time point cook.but this time my taro milk tea just tasted odd and grainy. It was too powdery to be consumed.had to just chuck my 7$ milk tea in the bin.

I have been here a few times. The tea is usually nice but had a very bad experience as a customer today.
I was served by Fynlay, she was very rude.

I am highly disappointed.

Great service, excellent staffs. I go there a lot every time my tea is perfect. Most of the time I ask for extra hot and they make the way I like! Thank you sooo much.

Very good service and maintain the same taste. Especially Finlay' s preparation. When compared to the places, Point Cook is the best.

Highly recommended this Chatime store. Located in the scenic town centre of Point Cook, this Chatime store appears inviting, adequately staffed and service is quick and painless. The girls are very friendly and the benchtops are kept spotless. Toppings are well kept and taste fresh also. The outdoor seating is cute and perfect for a sunny day. With a great variety of beverage options, there is no excuse not to have one right now!

Slow service. 5 staff on and still took ages to make 1 drink. Overpriced and doesn't taste like tea at all.

It was my first time trying Chatime. I was a bit lost, reading all my options, when a very friendly staff explained me how it works, he asked me my preferences, my favourite fruits, etc. The result? INCREDIBLE! I ordered a Tropical juice with green tea + lychee jellies. So yummy! I'm definitely going back there to try more flavours:)
