Chatime Hawthorn

I come here everyday I'm on campus at Swinburne and the staff there are incredile. It has gotten to the point they know my order and are extremely welcoming! Especially when i make a mistake with ordering through the app!

Chatime bubble tea is also great! Light and refreshing!

Compare with different brands of bubble tea shops, Chatime is one of top3 in melbourne. Specially the commercial road branch, all the time I am happy with their tea.

Love the peach iced tea with lychee jelly and strawberry popping pearls, friendly staff, ordered ahead and my order was ready when I walked in!

Lovely customer service however I ordered a Large Premium pearl milk tea. It tasted horrible, there was powder in my drink that wasn’t mixed in (not sure if a pearl tea is supposed to have some sort of powder to make it sweet?) the best to describe the milk tea was rotten. Not sweet. Just rotten. I feel sick after drinking half of it hoping I’d get used to the taste or if I mix it over time it’ll get better. It did not get better. Sorry:/

Long wait! Over than twenty minutes for 1 drink.
Staffs are very nice but the drink is just normal, not worthy to wait so long.

I ordered the brown sugur milk tea with pearls and when i say this i am being so so honest.it was the most disgusting drink i have ever had in my life.it smelt gross, tasked liek off milk, had absolutely no brown sugur in it and i ended up throwing the whole drink away.my friend tasted it as well and she gagged.if you want this drink 100 percent go to gong cha.tastes amazing unlike this gross thing i had.

My experience with this specific Cha Time was not the best. My tea was either watered down, or bitter. There was only one staff member, and was rushing around a lot. I’ve had better experience with different shops, but I am starting to lose my trust in the franchise. Next time I stop by, I hope for better quality.

I've purchased the Brown Sugar range many times. Today I had a very disappointing experience. The fancy "The new Brown Sugar Jelly range is here" is shown on the app, but without the pearls anymore! If you want pearls, you need to pay for them! And the drink tastes very bad compared to the original one. It just tastes like sugar ice water instead of creamy tea and with the taste of natural brown sugar.
I understand if you want to raise the price, but please, don't drop the quality.

Awful experience at this chatime with very rude and apathetic staff.

Been a customer of chatime for years. Had a birthday voucher for a free chatime on the app.

Girl at the front scanned it, said it didn't go through and I needed to pay this time and use it another time.

While waiting for my drink checked the app and the voucher was used up.

The staff were rude and unapologetic and made me wait 30 minutes in store to fix their stuff up and issue me a refund.

Service was too slow
I ordered through the app at 11.50am, it said 12.10 drinks will be ready. But when i came, it took another 15 mins to my drink ready. I only have 30min for my lunch time, but i had to wait in chatime nearly 20mins.

Just only 1 person takes orders and does drinks at the same time. Not recommendation come to this time.

Best chatime, had good service and the order came very quick. Best place in hawthorn, my no1 is mango green tea with coconut jelly

We ordered the bubble tea while we were waiting and the staffs were talking and laughing very loudly about their boyfriends and personal life. We were forced to listen and felt quite embrassed. I think that the staff can be more respectable and mindful to chat at front of customers.

Good drinks and great places to sit the staff were very friendly. Overall this place is AMAZING

First visit. My daughters friend suggested it. Really fresh & cold. Tasty pearl bubbles and good chewy pearl pieces. Refreshing and good value serves

Was late to the bubble tea party and definitely have been missing out. Ordered the taro and pearl milk teas with 50% sugar.

The taro one was still sweet and really good, the pearl milk had no sweetness at all which was odd.

Still enjoyed it though, but rate Teaser bubble tea higher since they have more dessert style options on the menu.

The best Chatime in all of Melbourne. As a regular here I am treated extraordinarily well. Love the dudes who work at this place and the tea is made especially well here compared to other Chatimes.

Every time when we go after 7.30 they don’t hav pearl.why fu in ur open.close it and give me I will run this.

Friendly staff and love the mural (collab with swinburne students). Taro milk is best I've ever had!
