I love going in on Tuesdays, its the same 2 girls that work and they are always so friendly, especially a girl who's name is Alex. Their customer service is always on point and their drinks are made to perfection every time. I am never disappointed when I go in on Tuesdays for my thai milk teas which are the best I've ever had.

Ordered this drink with cream mousse but they didn’t do it and missed for what i waited more than 20 minute.i had a quite bad experience.

This place has it own rules, horrible thing is when u buy drink with double topping u wont get the special discount for 2 topping price just because u get the same topping, also every-time u purchased a drink u get the points, i got my points add up to around 23000 to be enough for 3 large cups and they dont let me use the points for tho drink and make me to pay for 2 and use point for 1. I been drinking milk-tea almost everyday for the past 8-10 years have never had trouble with any chatime store in Melbourne but except for this brimbank one! Also the drink taste always so light-> no taste even some time i have to add extra sugar, they always make less and either add more ice or more tea, worst to see and to tastes, and pearls always so less and the worst is waiting for them to make drinks -. -!

I don’t know why everyone is complaining. You can see how busy they are all the time and they are going as fast as they can. They are trying really hard to keep up and still have to put on a smile even though they are tired. I applaud them. Honesty the best Chatime around.

Bubble tea is bubble tea, you like it or you don't, it's always the same no matter where you go. What annoys me about this place tho is how long they take to make it. Should it really take 15 to 20 mins to make these things? Hire more staff if that's the problem, as you seem to have one on to be at the register, one to prepare things, one to actually make it, and okne to serve it to you. Why not train each one to do it all and speed things up rather than just look like it's fast and convenient?

The two older ladies who seem to own this franchise are extremely rude to their own employees.my drink took ages to make and poor girl had to work by herself for so long, as if they have no other employees.very disappointing.

Ordered online Pearl frost tea They are out of boba and had mango pearl then.totally waste I had to throw that drink just ice in that no flavour of frost.just ice and less pearls even I ordered double pearls.

Great friendly service. Milk tea was decent, could find better somewhere else. But, gotta support the local business

Extremely disappointed with the slow service received at this store. FOUR Nandos meals that my boyfriend ordered were made quicker than only TWO drinks! Not only did I have to wait 20-30 minutes while the workers were talking amongst themselves, but I may as well have been drinking water. My taro milk tea was so watered down, after a few sips I had to throw it away. Absolute waste of money and time.

I’m sorry to say but on two very seperate occasions (months apart) it took more than 30 minutes to wait for a drink from this Chatime shop, an issue I haven’t had anywhere else. Please warn customers of wait time and even apologize if it has taken longer than expected. Customer service could be improved!

This is the 3rd time I've done online order and have had to wait 5 to 10mins more when arriving. Whats the point of online order. Need to work on prioritising online orders than walk ins because technically I ordered first.

Love the tea here. Especially passion fruit, but very tight on the pearls. Waterdardens and Melton give a lot more. Customer service is amazing. But those poor workers. There is always only one worker and they are so under the pump. Rude customers as they have to wait so long.but how is it their fault. I’m sure this company is making enough money to have 2 people on at a time.

Tried this for the first time a few years ago and it was delicious. Always refreshing on a hot day, or when in the need for a nice drink.

Went in couple days ago 17th March, around 1pm. I have never experienced such disrespectul customer service from such an arrogant young lady that served us. It seemed like she didnt want to serve us, she completely didnt want to be there. I placed my order and observed how she continued with the same attitude to the following customers. Rude! The tea served by the other 2 ladies was delicious tho. But someone needs to give that girl a wake up call, thats not how business works.

Was served by an older lady, she was warm and friendly. I ordered their milk teas a couple times but sadly the powder always wasn't completely dissolved.

Went there today & order 2 milk tea, the lady prepare the first one and just leave it on the counter and prepare another 4 for the other customers, waiting time was so long. Bad customer service as these two ladies take their time too much.

The tea is always great and the service is exceptional. The people taking the orders are always very nice. The variety of tea is really great. Thanks for great tasting tea and for very friendly service also.

I dont know how the others managed to have a bad experience because everytime I go there, the customer service is great and the workers are friendly! My order is always how I want it and I never had a bad experience since the time it opened. In my opinion this store is waayyy better than Watergardens.
