If you have allergies or any concern for cross-contamination/hygiene, avoid this place.

They have no regard for Health, safety, nor general cleanliness. The store is riddled with mould from a broken plumbing system, and a general lack of care from the owner and her family. The owners routinely uses dirty equipment from the sink without washing it, and the designated equipment for dietary requirements are contaminated constantly.

They also go against company standards to shortchange customers of products. E.g using smaller scoops to reduce serving size of toppings

The older lady that works there seems like she doesn't know what shes doing.
I'd suggesting going to any of the other drink places at the centre

Very friendly staff and they make the teas beautifully, but there time management could be a lot better:)

1 star as we waited well over an hour for 2 drinks. No reason was given. Very disappointed. Will definitely go to the other options next time.

Before ordering a Matcha Milk Tea I asked the girl who served me if it had tea because some of the milk teas don't actually have tea and she said NO it doesn't have tea. Got my Matcha Milk Tea and it had tea!? I waited more than 30min to get my order and it was totally tasteless! Product knowledge should be everything and if you don't know.might be a good idea to ask a colleague before telling customers the wrong thing.

I ordered a drink and the girl there, i think her name was chelsea laughed at my order.when i got my drink back it was the wrong one.when i asked her why she gave me a different drink, she told me that she had a better drink choice for me.this b is delusional
