Great food. Super busy. Bought take away and had to ask for a fork.need to move to a bigger shop. Way too small. Small children everywhere. Filthy outside. Bins overflowing rubbish everywhere. Stinks outside too.

Was looking forward to trying this place. (still looking for a restaurant as good as Indian roast) after waiting 40 mins for my order, they gave it to the wrong person and had to chase them down the street to get it back.the lady who took my order hadn't paid so almost got away with $70 of food that I had paid for.get home the flavour is good but my chicken is very very dry and the rotting bread stone cold.will not go to again

Had recently organised catering with Chaskah. The food was prepared in time, quantity was more than sufficient and the overall preparation was very good. Easily the best non veg in the west. Special thanks to Gaurav and his team.

Chaskah catered for my 50th birthday party that l decided to have at home. Gaurav, the owner, was very professional. He met me at my home to discuss the menu and the most suitable area to have the food set up. The service was excellent throughout the evening and the food was absolutely outstanding. Everyone at the party commented on how delicious the food was. Thank you Chaskah. It was a fantastic night!

Really delicious Indian cuisine. Very nice staff, friendly, attentive and one of the best Indian cuisine restaurant in Melbourne. Enjoyed the place and loved the food. Will go again soon.

Finding a cockroach leg in a curry and getting told it was a part of the whole spice they freshly ground everyday. We were not born yesterday. Is there an option for 1/2 Star? On the other hand a plus side of it, when the leg was part of the spice we were offered a full refund. Guilty much. Luckily for you it just ended up being a review and not a formal complaint to the council as the one who ate it didn't want to pursue it.

We were greeted when we walked in and the girl who took our orders was super friendly and super helpful. Food was amazing! The owner greeted us on our way out, She was SUPER friendly! We will come back next time

Consistant taste.always enjoy their food.last night i had paneer tikka masala and it was out of the world felt like kissing hands of the chef.sandhya is always serving with a smile and all the other staff is so jolly. Love going here again and again

This is the original and authentic Indian restaurant I would like to say original flavour of Indian food service is five star. I would definitely like to go there again and again. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

I don't usually write reviews, but the experience at Chaskah has compelled me to write one.food was so amazing I order my food on phone and the girl name was Anu she took my order and she was so polite and she explained me everything thing which i need to know it was my one of the best experience i ever had.i don't miss India anymore. Keep it up the good work guys. Highly recommend to everyone.

Excellent food, and even better customer service. Would highly recommend it. Being a vegetarian I was spoilt for choice!

Best in west! All staff members are very cooperative! Delicious curries and desserts! Malai kofta is brilliant! Highly recommended for catering, dine in, take away and delivery also!

Staff is no doubt very friendly and polite but their service is pathetic. We waited for our food for 1 hour. If the restaurant is busy they can tell people the genuine waiting time rather than saying that our food will come in 15 minutes.

Better call them RUBBER MOMOS instead of steamed momos

Nice cosy place. Booking the table is recommended if you are looking to dine in. I prefer to take away. Reasonably priced. Tasty food. Friendly staff. There are very few restaurants with good chef, this is one of them. Call before you go to pick up the food, usually 20-25 minutes waiting is expected.

Good for quick bites. They specialise in Chaat and steamed momos (filled dumplings).
Liked Golgappa/pani poori.
