13This is our very favourite hot chips and gravy. I call and drop down to pick them up 10 mins later. My kids are always thrilled when I bring some home.
The best Chicken (and Chips!) in MELBOURNE. Tom the owner is a lovely guy, staff are friendly and helpful all the food is delicious and fresh. Delicious fresh salads.

Thought I'd give this place a go as my usual go-to place is closed over the New Year holiday period. Ordered via Door-dash at Midday, and as a new customer assume they'd probably dish up one of their better chooks in the Half-Chicken & Chips meal. Alas, it was not to be unfortunately.
The Chicken itself presented with a very dark brown crust overall (which may be ok if it was freshly cooked, as I don't mind a nicely charred & caramelised skin) however it was bone dry throughout the whole chicken. The wing was essentially cremated and inedible. The whole thing reeked of this being a re-heated chicken from the previous day. 1 out of 5
Chips, very well cooked and crispy however a tad over-salted for my liking but generally no major complaints. 4 out of 5.
Can't say I'll be going back in a hurry.
I used to get chicken and chips here and they're the best! I loved eating the chicken and chips, the chips were nice and crispy and tasted really nice
Went there to check out their chips as they'd been highly rated on another platform.
They're okay, but unfortunate theres nothing that separates them from any other pre-made, bulk purchased take away chips.
Ordered chicken and chips told it would be ready in half hr, gave him 45 mins went to pick it up nothing was ready, told us we'd have to wait while he prepared it! Not the first time this has happened here.
Not sure how it has so many good reviews the place wouldn't even pass health and safety test. It looks filthy
I've had a lot of chips in my life locally and overseas, but the chips here are the best I've ever had. Unparalleled crunch, they just don't go soggy. Plenty of chicken salt. Insane value for money. Seriously, give their chips a go.
Chips are very best in whole Melbourne I thought food will be normal but exceeded my expectation just really good chips you must try.
This is my guy. I eat A LOT of chips, and these are some of the best cooked chips around (eat em freshly cooked), great seasoning, always extra packed on when taking away and sprinkling over the tasty chicken. My local joint which ill always keep coming back to.
Don’t be fooled by the dodgy looking front shop and run down interior.these guys know how to cook a chook! The chips are also a delight and cooked to perfection with the perfect crunch. I have been to many chicken shops in and around and I can safely say that charm N chicken are simply charming!
The man who spoke to me when I had issues with menulog was really nice. Thank you so much for your help and everything. I really appreciate it. Will definitely come to get food there more often
