Charlotte provides the most incredible pregnancy massages! She creates a calming, grounded space, is intuitive with her massage and is an excellent communicator. I am so glad to have invested in this type of prenatal care and always look forward to my fortnightly sessions.

I am 41 weeks pregnant and just had my first massage with Charlotte for labour induction but I wished I had an appointment with her once a week for the last trimester of my pregnancy! If you are considering a pregnancy massage I couldn’t recommend Charlotte highly enough! From the pillows allowing complete comfort to the heated massage oil, I really loved this experience.

I saw Charlotte today and through my last pregnancy. She is incredible and makes you leave feeling so warm. She holds space for you while you are with her like no one else.

Charlotte is by far the best massage therapist! She's respectful, communicates clearly, she's patient, warm and very friendly. She spends the perfect amount of time with you and your body and leaves you feeling like you're floating. I am now 21 weeks pregnant and wont go anywhere else for my massages. Initially I was nervous about getting a pregnancy massage but Charlotte is incredibly warm and welcoming yet professional. In the first session, my nerves and any uncertainty was eased as she provided reassurance and answered all my questions. Its easy to see that not only does she genuinely care but she is a professional who is passionate, well researched and has a wealth of knowledge. She ensured my comfort throughout the whole experince by checking in and communicating clearly with me - it also helps that all the equipment is prepared or on standby to make it actually comfortable to lay on my growing belly!

I booked a massage with Charlotte a few months after having my daughter. I was stressed, sore and out of sorts but in just 90 minutes with Charlotte I felt totally transformed. Charlotte is amazing at what she does. She’s warm, kind and caring and makes sure you are comfortable throughout your treatment. Carving out time for yourself as a new mum can be really hard, even organising it is stressful, but Charlotte was completely considerate and made sure I got exactly what I needed from that time. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough!

6 stars! Very professional! Went in for a remedial massage with a super tight lower back. Charlotte is very thorough and described what was hurting and why. She suggested some at-home exercises that would benefit and some changes to posture and old habits that would help. I walked away with some recommended topical solutions that are already working a dream. Could not recommend more!

Charlotte is an amazing naturopath with a wide knowledge base and a passion for helping. She goes above and beyond often doing work outside of hours following things up and researching conditions to give the best care.
