Can't complain with the prices, Friendly staff. Pizzas done the job, They were good. Not bad, Not amazing.

Ordered via menulog. Pizza arrived cold. Threw it out. Called store. They blamed it on the weather and said they won’t put their drivers at risk. Ordered at 7: 12pm, came at 8: 19pm. No refund given. Will not recommend this place or Menulog.

Worst pizza we have ever had. Soggy toppings. Soggy base.toppings falling off. Ham smelt funny and was probably the cheapest cut possible. But the saddest thing was the poor service.we spent over $50 and asked for two of the pizzas out of the 4 to have no anchovies. We left a message on Menulog and also verbally told the store after calling them. They added anchovies but realised they shouldn't have, and seemed they tried to pick them off but missed a lot of them. We counted at least 4-5 anchovies on the pizza. I am upset because my nephew is allergic to them, hence why I was super cautious in calling them and also leaving a message. Both pizzas smelt like anchovies too. Thank God my nephew did not eat one. The store needed to make the two pizzas fresh instead of try to pick them off. We were unhappy so we emailed menulog. The store refused to apologise and also refused compensation or a replacement. A sorry goes a long way sometimes. To make it worse, the food was disgusting and its obvious they use cheap ingredients. We were all sick that night and have a doctors note to prove it, if you think I am making this up. The ham was putrid. Stay away from this store.

Charlie's pizza is really good was supprised as is in a small shopping strip of about 6 shop's including milk Bar & video shop. Charlie himself is Verry friendly & welcoming the place is very Clean maybe a little outdated. Has EFTPOS & card payment facilities. Very reasonably priced.if you're a local of Tullamarine I would definitely give this place a try

Worst customer service I've ever come across and this was only my second time I come there very rude and that 2 times I came the order was wrong and wanted to charge me extra for something that wasn't there and at the end of it they told me to take my money and go.wouldn't recommend at all! Very disappointing

Absolutely brilliant food! Best pizza I've tasted and the service is amazing. Base is so fresh and the toppings are just loaded. Amazing.

Absolutely lovely every time, always get it delivered because I'm too lazy to go outside, but the drivers are pleasant as soon as they arrive.
Have not been disappointed in any pizza from here.

Pizza was great. Tomato sauce, the best I have tasted as a tomato base in a long while. Dough Base could be cooked a little longer.
