Charlie's Kebabs

Let me begin by stating that the cuisine is simply delicious. I have been coming here for a long time and have tried a lot of the menu items, all of which I have to say were excellent. I adore visiting this place because of the outstanding food and customer service. Though I have been coming here for more than a year and have never once had an issue, I must admit that reading the other reviews here really shocks me. Once, there was an error with the sacues, and they gladly redrew the entire HSP without my asking. This facility has excellent hygiene; the floor is always clean, and the glass is clean as well.

Love Charlie’s kebab! Been coming here for years as a student and staff. Just wish the lines weren’t as long but that happens when you have such tasty food so I don’t mind. Halumi burger is not well known but really good here

Most disgusting place to eat. I order chicken meat and they gave me chicken fat. I brought the box back which %60 of it chicken fats not meats and show them and denied that.

Absolutely disgrace.

Referring to your response (logically speaking why would I complain if there was nothing to complain about? Secondly, I told that I am not looking for refund or replacement, I only come for apologies but you were so attacking and mocking (I don’t not know why).

Thirdly, you are trying to bring the argument to other level which weren’t happening at all to justify to the public.

Had the OMG hsp today and it's one of the best hsp I've had. Really friendly staff too, will definitely go back even if I'm not from La Trobe!

Probably the best HSP I ever tried in Melbourne! This is really my favorite restaurant at uni and outside it. Very friendly stuff and prices are very responsible compare to the food you will get. Will absolutely keep coming to this place. And food is always fresh and hot.

The HSP and middle eastern HSP from here are well worth it. The serving sizes are huge. Usually the service is reasonably prompt, and staff are friendly.

2nd time getting a kebab from here, 2nd time also getting food poisoning from here. I’m sure their hygiene must be top notch

Had a kabab meal. It was very tasty and large quantity. The salads were awesome and made a wonderful combination with the kabab.

Mate, if you want a kebab that’s mouthwatering with 10/10 service then this is the place. The owners are amazingly kind people who love to help us students out!

Absolutely amazing staff, they all had wonderful attitudes and it was a lovely place to eat at and the HSPs were super loaded and very tasty.

They have ripped off every other store in the Food court, don’t support them they are taking away other peoples business and not playing fair

Charlie’s Kebabs @LTU is easily one of the best kebab spots in melbs. They’re very catering, customer-focused and did I mention that the food is immaculate? Would 100% recommend trying this place out even if you don’t go to LTU.

Charlie's Kebabs is my go-to for breakie / lunch every time I am on campus! They've got the most flavoursome and fulfilling variety when it comes to kebabs, burgers, boreks - my all time favourite is the spinach and cheese borek! The staff are very friendly and always make me feel welcome.
