Recently gifted some beautiful treats from here. Highly recommend the cheese bites, my willpower to stop at one went out the window. Delicious!

Love their online order system. Order picked, packed and promptly sent. No breakage, and the product is bloody magnificent. After I recently had a delayed delivery, the team went above and beyond to assist me and I'm very very grateful. 10 points Charlies.

The mini cheese bites are amazing! Only problem is when you open the box you find the packet inside is half the size of the outside box! Bit of a rip off and dishonest packaging!

I received a gift basket which among other things included Charlie's raspberry mini melting moments. It was amazing - not too sweet, with very distinct raspberry flavour. I only wish the basket had more of Charlie's cookies!

Their store is well managed and they even got a good online presence helping their sales. The cookies taste wonderful too.

My colleague gave me the mini melting moments (Classic vanilla) for Christmas last year. I think its by far the best thing I have ever tasted in life. Its made with so much love and care that I could feel it in every bite:) Great work team Charlies Cookies, keep it up!

Very disappointing

I thought I would just duck in for a minute on my way home; 20 minutes later I come out with all sorts of cookies to eat at home with family and friends. Wow! #seeyousooncharliescookies!

Wide variety of artisan cookies in store (more than online). Cookies are okay-tasting, hit & miss. Do check the 'best before' date when buying. We bought a bag of cookies that expired a month earlier. And it was not from the marked-down section. Tad disappointing.
