Best lashes in town! Been coming here for over two years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get my lashes done. The girls here are always so friendly and go above and beyond, amazing customer service!

My go to lash place! I've been going for a year now and can't imagine going anywhere else. The ladies are so accomodating and i'm always left so happy!

Had my microblading done & so satisfied on the outcome. Had it my first time & went back again for the second time. Amazing Job Lan. Highly recommend?

Have been here a couple of times now to get eyelash extensions and always leave feeling really happy with how they look. My eyes twitch a lot too but they were able to take it in their stride and still do a fantastic job. The area where they apply the lashes is quite small and doesn't scream luxury, but I really don't mind when the prices are good and my lashes look this good

My favorite eyelash salon place in Melbourne. I always get my 3D refills every month and they always do a good job making my lashes full, fluffy and dolly!

Just wanted my nails taken off, realised when i got home (they were a neutral see through colour) they were half taken off there are still chunks of sns left. This is them a week later (the obvious damage is from years of sns wearing but there are still chunks of sns on my nail). Very annoying

I discovered this salon through Groupon as I was looking to get lashes done for a beach holiday as an once off. I was very happy with the lashes they provided and have been back for refills and will continue to go there. The refills have lasted really well and fallen out in a nice shape. The salon at first sight doesn’t look too appealing and the space where the lashes are done is quite small, however once you lie down the bed and pillow is comfy and they even have a blanket if you want one. The service can be erratic at times, you may end up having different girls working on your lashes in one visit and can be left waiting while getting the lashes done but all in all they are done fairly quickly. I also ended up getting an additional service of microblading and was very pleased with the results of that too. They are quick and efficient and would recommend to others.

I had an SNS manicure done on Sunday by monday afternoon one had chipped (that has never happened when i've gone anywhere else) i went back to have it fixed and by the time i got home another nail had chipped. Waste of money and ruined my nails. Don't do it.

Went here after buying a Groupon for lash extensions plus 1 refill.
Got there and was asked to lie on a bed next to 3 other clients the space was so small and we were all so close together that it felt uncomfortable.
The lady doing my lashes asked if I wanted it long and i said yes but specified 12mm as this is the length I prefer. She seemed to not understand my request at all.
Then came to preparing my lashes. She told me close my eyes then proceeded to squirt some liquid in my eye witjout even telling me. Of course i flinched and she just says "close your eyes tighter"
Throughout the session all the ladies working there were chatting amongst themselves which is fine but it was constant and what I was hoping to be a relaxing treatment was far from it. I was concerned she was losing concentration while holding sharp utensils near my eyes.
The end result was fine until i got home and realised there were a number of my lashes that were stuck together rather than being individual lashes.
I immediately called and cancelled my booking for refills.
Won't be returning.

They got glue in my eye from eyelash extension and now my eye is swollen, painful and irritated. Service was awful also.

Do not get your eyelashes done here. Yesterday I experienced a severe eyelash infection. I cannot explain how sick I was. Pain in my eyes, redness, fever. The girl who did my lashes was not one of the regulars who usually do it. I raised this with the manager who basically lied and told me that the girl was a senior qualified technician and suggested I go see a doctor. The business accepted no responsibility. Clearly their products and or/ staff caused the infection. To add to this, it is the day after, my eyelashes have started to droop severely.

I believe i am speaking for many customers who get their eyelash extensions done here. I have been a customer for a year now and the service is slowly getting worse each time i visit, refills are less full and don’t last as long which is getting frustrating. The eyelashes are brilliant when they are done well! But lately i’ve noticed other customers are giving the same feedback. I want to stick with this salon but i just request that they spend more time on each customer when they are doing their lashes to make sure they last long and are getting what they pay for. I’ve also noticed the extensions droop within a few days recently. I really hope the salon takes this advice on board. Lovely people and salon overall.

They do a great job but the last 2 times I went, the eyelash technician was sick and was breathing heavily while sniffling and sneezing around me which was very unsettling and ruined my experience. They should have known better and worn a mask or not come to work. Now I’m super paranoid that I’m going to get sick.

My eyelashes lasted 6 weeks before I really needed infills! Which is unheard of, the lady was quick too

I go here every 2 weeks for refills on my lashes and have been for the last 5 months but the last 3 visits I've been disappointing and will now be going somewhere else.
Gaps in my lashes every time and the last 3 times they've stuck lashes on my bottom lashes accidentally thinking its a top lash and I've had to cut it off.
This last visit it doesn't look like they put more lashes on at all. Big gap on the inside of one eye and gaps all throughout the lashes at both ends.
I'll be going elsewhere from now on for sure.
The girls are nice enough although they do disappear every now and then and leave me laying there waiting which i dont like.
Cheapest place around but i'd rather pay more and go elsewhere now.

Extremely impressed with my eyebrows, I have seen so many of my friends get there eyebrows done & none of them compare to mine. 100% on fleek!
The detail and fine lines are so clean & clear. Very impressed, so professional. Lan took her time lining up & mapping out my eyebrows, to make sure they were perfect! And they are, could not recommend them enough. So happy

Went here for a lash refill since it’s closer to my house than the last place I went. They advertise the prices as 70$ for a full set. She talked me into doing a new set instead of a refill and then charged me 110$ Since she had offered me volume lashes. Never told me the price would be this significantly different. Will never go back here I’m super disappointed with being mislead with prices. Told her she did a nice job with the lashes but i was disappointed and wouldn’t be returning but she didn’t seem to care
