Can not recommend change for life, the team of therapists and dr Malini enough! My son has been in therapy for over a year and is just thriving! The whole team genuinely care and have his best interest at heart and are just so lovely all around! Couldn’t have picked a better place and am so happy he is where he is, we wouldn’t be in the place we are now without the help of change for life. Recommend 100%!

A fantastic multidisplinary practice filled with people who are genuinely caring, helpful and supportive. I would recommend this practice to anyone who needs this type of support. Each member of their team takes time and care in making sure your needs are met. And the receptionist are always so helpful and friendly.

Worst ever experience. They charge like hell but still long waiting periods like public hospital. Very rude staff.

Worst experience ever, the therapist were good but the management was very rude.keep a close eye on your appointment invoices as they try to charge for sessions they haven't even done.the reports are always late and we have to literally chase the management for the reports but never got them on time.my son's government funding was delayed just because i didn't get their report on time, even after multiple calls they didn't responded.we had the worst experience with their psychologist, Maleni singh.would never recommend them, highly uncooperative and unprofessional.and don't trust the positive reviews, most of them are from the staff members and owners of change for life.writing fake positive reviews to support their own business.

Dr Malini is a leading expert in the treatment of autism, ADHD, and disabilities overall. She has the highest qualification attainable in the field of psychology. Dr Malini is a true humanitarian, who always has the interests of her clients at heart. These values are reflected in every member of the team of speech therapists, occupational therapists, dietitian, behaviour therapists and office staff- a service that is an asset to the community.

Really? You claim to not recognise anyone that gives a bad review yet get friends of the owners and the partner of a clinician to write rave reviews to make it look more reputable? And Aaron verty the owner writing a positive review using his actual name? Wow.

Terrible service! After 6 weeks of trying to get an assessment report and not having calls returned by the practice manager Aaron I lodged a credit card dispute and thankfully got my money back. Never got an apology from admin regarding the appalling treatment and time wasting we experienced. Receptionist is the rudest person I’ve come across. Speech pathologist was great with my son, but definitely see her through another provider! Oh, and the speech assessment fee was $200 more than what I found out others charge too.

Can't thank the wonderful therapists here enough for all the care and support they provide to me and my children. They really go the extra mile to ensure the kids learn new skills but also a have fun. The receptionist is also lovely, helpful and professional!

Thank you to all the therapists that have worked tirelessly to help us. We could not have asked for a more caring group to support our child and listen to our needs as a family. We have found the multidisciplinary approach at this clinic really helpful and our child has really benefit from the whole team approach. A genuinely multidisciplinary clinic.

I cannot speak more highly about the staff at Change for Life. They are the most compassionate and kind people I have met who have a heart for the children with disability. Apart from my child, my wife and I have received such understanding and compassion for our struggles.

Highly recommended.

I wanted to give a negative rating, but that is not available. A group of greedy people harrassing service seekers.
Reasons:

1. Very high fees compared to other clinics. You can get the assessment done for $630 in 7 sessions, whereas you will be charged more than $2500 for 4-5 sessions. The same questions are asked in every session, which literally could be done in 1 session - loss of time and money for you, business for them! They will not give you the Medicare rebate back from the center because that will refund you more than 60%. They will do some drama and give you the invoice which when you submit at Centerlink will refund you only 30%.
2. More than double time taken to hand over the report. It was told that the assessment report would be given in 3-4 weeks. When I called them after 5 weeks, I was told that they had been delayed for going to holidays; they were back logged and would send the report when the queue would end up! After another patient wait of 3 weeks I called again and I was told that I did not need to call again and again rather they would send me the report when ready! Next week I visited the clinic in person and I was told that the report would be sent on that day and was finally sent the next day!
3. The most important thing of a report is the identity of the patient. My son's date of birth was incorrect in one of the reports and my name was incorrect in 2 of the reports. I had to call thrice to get a corrected copy.
4. The report was full of repetition of same thing again and again with poor language and missed few important things including my son's aggressive behaviours (biting other kids, breaking objects, getting frustrated quickly etc.).
5. There are few other reasons that I do not want to mention here because, I was unable to keep evidence of those.
6. You can see a 5 Star review given by Aaron Verty who is working for the Clinic. This is purely conflict of interest. People has a lot of bad experiences in the clinic as mentioned in their reviews and Aaron the employee/owner of the clinic tried to increase the rating by giving a 5 Star by himself!

In essence, I experienced the service as a non-caring, unprofessional, greedy and business oriented service. It may change their life ($$$) but not the life of the autistic kids and their parents. May Allah forgive them and give a sense of care.

Very bad service, totally unprofessional. Ripping off innocent vulnerable disabled kids with so higher fees on NDIS for reports and assessments.

My experience with Change for Life has been life changing for my family and I. My son Vance has been coming to Therapy since July 2018 and his progress has been amazing. It warms my heart that I can now start to communicate with my son and share precious moments with him - this comes from the wonderful work that Vance's therapist's put in and also with Dr Malini's guidance and encouragement. There is also an amazing team at Change for Life that have warm smiles and great energy, something I felt from my first visit. I just knew my son was in the right place.

Only care about money! Fees so high and not to standards. Very dodgy and fraudulent management using different children’s funding for different children! Do not recommend
