Change Coffee

Just received my order from Change, right in time to make a brew. Absolutely brilliant coffee, and very impressed and happy to receive a couple of extras in the box:) Thank you!

Absolutely amazing coffee! Their single origin ethiopian filter roast would have to be in the top 5 I've had in Melbourne, which is not a small feat in such a coffee oriented city. Their socially-conscious, fair trade business model is one I happily support. I've been recommending them to friends and coworkers and I will definitely be sourcing their coffee for my office (once offices are open again.)

Delicious coffee. Feels like I'm drinking my favourite local café's best coffee every morning, but I'm at home. And it's great to know that all I'm doing is drinking awesome coffee but helping to contribute towards brilliant causes that help less fortunate people.

Had some pain with my order. The manager didn't dodge it but took the full responsibility instead. 100% satisfied with their after-sale service. I believe the problems in my feedback to them would be rectified very soon.

Beautifully smooth. Particularly love the Ethiopia, Sidama coffee. My online order originally got mixed up (received beans instead of grounds) but they replied to my email the same day and sent the correct order quickly with no hassles.
