CHANEL MELBOURNE

I walked-in on the night of Friday, 15th September 2023. The staff were very welcoming upon entering the boutique. A man offered me drinks, but I politely declined.

The Fashion Advisor ‘Vespoli-King’ was very friendly and professional with the service she provided.

I got what I needed and left happier than ever

Will definitely chose this boutique over at Chadstone.

We came to try out the rings and were offered a delightful experience by SA Jane. She was very attentive, patient and helpful. Overall vibe was nice although the male staff who were not serving any customers could have done something else rather than just chatting amongst themselves to maintain professional image of the store. Will come back for Jane though! Well done.

Just in half an hour ago, I had the worst experience in Chanel ever, a Chinese guy who without a glasses and wear a Rolex watch was behaved ver rude and impolite. He just like a fool and didn’t have professional knowledge.

Great selection of bags, really pretty bags and excellent customer service.will coming back for more.i really wanted a mini pink bag and they totally understood what u wanted.

The Asian female staff Emma is very helpful and professional in customer service.

I have been to chaddy stores more than 5times recently and they can not help me… I went to city a few times last week, no luck either.

This lady is very patient and happy to contact me in the way that she can.

I usually purchase Chanel overseas or through re-sellers but after meeting the SA Mark, I'll definitely be coming back for domestic in-store experiences going forward. Mark was knowledgeable, kind and took his time to explain the craftsmanship behind each Chanel piece. Although I didn't walk away with the handbag I wanted, I am confident Mark will be able to help find me the perfect pieces!

A great shopping experience with Stuart, he was very patient, showed me almost all the varieties of the colours and sizes of the bag that I wanted. Gave me enough room to make my decision, and has very good knowledge about the products.
Also thanks Phoebe for the nice packaging.
Lastly, would like to thank Emily as well. When I went back to try the other colour, she was also very patient and cheerful.

My daughter went to Melbourne for a treat for her birthday and the highlight was going to be a shopping experience at the store but she was not even allowed in the door she was told to wait to be escorted or supervised? Around it was a hot day and was told she would be waiting a long time outside in other words don’t bother waiting she was nicely dressed and is a midwifery student her late father and I her mother owned a prominent antique jewellery store we would never treat a customer like that the store must not need business to be turning it away

Had a wonderful experience shopping here, my SA Sisley was super patient and knowledgeable. Since I was very indecisive, she did an amazing job helping me choose the right bag for my needs. So happy with my purchase.

If I could it a zero star I would. I just left the Chanel store and cannot believe how rude the SA was. I had taken a couple of screen shots of the bags I wanted to look at and she responded with, "we don't have all the different styles because Chanel wants to remain exclusive and we don't want too many people having the same bag. " Well guess what, I won't be buying my bag from you. Off to Paris next month anyway and that's where my money and the SA's sales commission will be going. We are just a blip on the radar in regards to Chanel's business, it's not Europe lady!

January 2023 Update - Bought a beautiful bag from one of the Chanel stores in Paris (51 Av. Montaigne, 75008 Paris, France) and the SA whose name was Charlotte was just so helpful. There are other ways we can purchase these bags in the future.

It said a new bag had arrived and I could leave it for 2 hours. When I arrived, it said it had been sold. It’s such a long journey and you didn’t even tell me. Oh, I’m very disappointed

Our experience at Chanel (Melbourne CBD) store has been exceptional.

Upon entry, not only are you greeted by the entrance staff, you are then exclusively led towards a pleasant smiling sales consultant who would take time to go through the range of bags available in store.

We were greeted by a sweet and charming young lady called Danee who took time to firstly understand my friend's requirements and she would then take my friend through some particular bag models that would fit her requirements. Not only was beverages served to ensure that you have a pleasant experience during your stay, but my friend was able to take her time to try out different bags of all price ranges.

Once the perfect bag was selected and the purchase was made, the bag was then exclusively fitted to perfection to my friend's satisfaction.

Highly recommend to be attended by Danee if you ever have a chance to visit this store, as we will definitely come back again and bring along more friends to purchase more bags.

The SA was very rude, saying no stock for items before I could even fully explain what I was after. When I decided to just have a look around on my own, the SA was clapping her hands and making noises to try and hurry me along. Was very interested to buy some pearl jewelery but it definitely won't be from Chanels melbourne store. Busy and loud store with 0 class. Caters to the new and young crowd.

Worst service ever I experienced.
From the door, the guy closed the door in front of me without a word nor smile.
He was then continue checking on his mobile phone.
An embarrasing few minutes passed by, a lady SA came to the door told him to open the door for us. He opened the door with a huge smile.
The SA started showing her recommending bag.when I said I wanted look around, she took out her mobile phone and looking at it.
I went other area to see the shoes.there was another SA looked into her mobile phone. Very strange.it's Chanel store. I was so uncomfortable and left soon after seeing 3 staff were checking on their phones. Never again.

I love Chanel so much so I hate writing this. I attempted to go into this store yesterday. I tried to use the first door I saw which was on Flinders Lane. There was a sign that said use other door so I tried to open the other door next to it and two people came out to angrily to aggressively tell me off for opening the door. They told me to use the other door (on Russell Street). When I got to the other door and tried to enter, the woman looked at me like I didn’t belong and told me to wait out in the heat for a sales assistant to help me. I wasn’t allowed in. I felt very belittled and uncomfortable. I was there to spend and I knew what I wanted. They lost a quick and easy sale because I walked away feeling awful. I’ll stick to Chadstone.

Unfortunately, I had to select a minimum of 1 star, not even worthy. The staff member who served me was cold, disinterested in helping, was very rude in pretentiously correcting me on the model of bags I was browsing. Not once did she smile throughout our interaction. This was going to be a graduation gift from my partner. We left the store and walked straight to Louis Vuitton which was a stark contrast. We were warmly welcomed by all staff members in the store. The young attendant was far more mature and was very genuine in her attempt to help me find my dream bag. When she found out it was my first luxury goods bag, she was genuinely excited and went the extra mile to talk me through the classic designs and fashion trends trying to align it with my taste. After an hour consult and her ongoing patience in allowing us time to work through our decisions, we left with two LV bags.

My first experience at this store and I’m so thankful to Jane who helped to buy my first chanel.
I will be coming back to this store! Thank you Jane! You are a wonderful and amazing staff at Chanel Melbourne!
