Awfully rude Malaysian sales assistant WHO ASKED ME TO LEAVE THE STORE BECAUSE I TOLD HER SHE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND INAPPROPRIATE TO CALL ME THE MOTHER OF MY FRIEND.

This question is irrelevant to to providing me / us with customer service on a product! The relationship between customers is non of the sales assistant s business! SERIOUSLY! Who trained these morons?

. I TOOK THIS friend to this STORE TO INTRODUCE HER TO A PRODUCT THAT I LOVED AND BOUGHT MANY TIMES! This sales assistant (black hair, green eyes dark skin) was extremely TACTLESSLY ASKED ME IF I WAS MY FRIEND S MOTHER!
WHEN IT WAS QUIET OBVIOUS THAT WE WERE FRIENDS AND SAME AGE!

THEN WITHOUT APOLOGISING FOR HER ASSUMPTION SHE TOLD ME TO LEAVE OR SHE WILL CALL SECURITY! I TOLD HER TO GO AGEAD!

IT WAS AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE AND CHANEL SHOULD GET RID OF UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF SUCH AS THIS INCOMPETENT WOMAN!

WE COMPLAINED TO CENTER MANAGEMENT AT WESTFIELD AND WAS GIVEN SEVERAL APOLOGIES AND FREE COFFEES ECT.

Westfeild Doncaster PROMISED TO ADDRESS THIS ISSUE HOWEVER I HAVE NOT KEPT TABS ON THOS ISSUE!

Very unpleasant and extremely traumatic experience at chanel Doncaster! I GO TO MANY CHANEL STORES AND HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH RUDE SALES ASSISTANT SUCH AS THIS PERSON

I THINK SHE WAS RACIST TOWARDS HER OWN KIND, ASIANS IN GENRAL!

Have never GONE THERE AGAIN ITS BEEN TWO YEARS!

I USED TO GO THERE FOR FACIALS AND MAKE UP AND PURCHASED MANY ITEMS NOW I TELL ALL MY FRIENDS NOT TO GO THERE AND TO BOYCOTT CHANEL!

SHAME ON YOU CHANEL FOR NOT TRAINING AND EDUCATING YOUR STAFF TO BE PROFESSIONAL AND UNBIASED AND NOT RACIST

No no no no no worst rudest and most condescending experience from start to finish. Was totally ignored by older short and dark haired women who then came running when she realized I was going to spend. The fake and embarrassing manner in which she suddenly spoke was so off putting that I decided to go else where. Is it just me or do Chanel stand alone shops only have old out of touch people now working for them? Very uncomfortable experience

Never again will I shop in this store, was attempted to be served by an older women who actually told my wife to continue with her current brand Estée Lauder as it was just as good and the consultant said she knew this as she worked for many years at this other brand.
I wanted to spoil my wife and upgrade her and was met with a sales person who Couldn't be bothered or assumed I wiukdnt allow the purchase which is just as insulting.
Never Again, bought wife Christian Dior instead which was located close by and she is so pleased. Learn a lesson Chanel. Don't judge a book by its cover

Was shown camilia range by grace, she was so lovely and professional.put some products on my face.i was asking about the eye cream only but she showed me the entire range.love love love how it felt on my face.they are in my next to buy list already, can’t wait to purchase the range.best customer service experienced in a very long time.thank you for making my face feel so soft and your great service grace.in love with the camilia range already.

The shop staff was reluctant to redeem the samples as the Chanel website indicated, the No. 1 serum and the cream one each, but they only gave me a serum. It feels like being cheated while they collected your personal information.

The Asian lady is so lovely (and no I'm not asian) and
very knowledgeable and a great sales person. The others are hopeless and very rude, makes you wanna leave the store. I refuse to be served by them and won't go in if the Asian lady is not there so 5 stars just for her!

Amazing service and amazing staff. I run a business myself and appreciate the importance of exceptional service and top notch management and the Doncaster Boutique has it in spades compared to others I’ve visited both Bondi interstate and Chadstone in Vic. I had the most amazing in store experience and the customer service that was provided by the manager and it was second to none. I was given the opportunity to sit down and really go through my purchases with instructions on how to use. Maddie your knowledge and recommendations for future purchases has made me understand that luxury skincare and makeup is 100% worth coming in store for. Thank you! I normally shop Chanel within Myer however was walking past the boutique at my local Westfield Doncaster and decided to stop in and get some advice and gift. So glad I did as this was the absolute best and helpful Boutique, 9 & the Service was impeccable. The kindness, understanding and professionalism is worth more than 5 stars in my opinion. My expectations were far exceeded. Won’t bother with Myer as this is my new go to. Thank you & Bellissimo

Firstly, this is the worst treatment we endured today.

We have been using Chanel products for 11 years +.
The brand is extremely high class - but todays treatment by the blonde sales associate was not only absolutely unprofessional. She was agressive and insolent.

I have purchased the Chanel mademoiselle travel perfume since my wedding in 2014.
My husband and I have never had an issue with faulty products or any issues with treatment.
On my second or third use of my perfume it loosely fell out and the glass bottle smashed.

I called Doncaster beauty today, asked to come in to show the product

The woman who dealt with my husband already had a poor attitude, advised my husband couldn’t enter the store as the barcode wasn’t working? Didn’t offer to manual process in the sign in sheet?
Than advised pretty much bad luck $220 down the drain it’s wear and tear?
And physically shood’ him away….

We luckily have a manager we have dealt with personally over several years Hannah from Melbourne city now at Chadstone was extremely apologetic for this horrible treatment, has provided a brand new product - treated my husband with such professionalism and so so apologetic

I’m beyond disgusted with todays Doncaster treatment.

Definitely will never be returning

Disappointing customer service! Received wrong product and the ribbon on my box looked like a dogs breakfast! A real pain to have to return to store! Not happy

Loved all the extras this boutique provides, I shopped here to buy three people gifts and the Beauty Advisor lovingly wrapped each gift beautifully with all the matching Chanel trimmings including a gift card for each person.
These ladies really know how to make everyone feel super special?

Gorgeous shop love it and the people there are so helpful and friendly a must go to shop it's expensive yes but what do you expect it's chanel

Really good staff and a few fragrances you won't find outside of a Chenel store or a good duty free. There are still one or two that they don't sell, but I'm pretty sure every they officially sell in Australia.
