I was placed with a company where things didn't work out for me after a few months, however everyone I dealt with at Chandler Macleod was kind and helpful and treated me with respect the whole time I was involved with them.
Apllied for two positions in Bendigo 3 weeks ago, even though it looks as though there is no office in Bendigo. Nearest office in Shepparton. They requested all my information at 4.13pm (30th September) in the afternoon, including bank, TFN and super details before I even had an interview. I did not supply straight away as it seemed strange to request that information before an interview had taken place. It said in the email that l had 5 days to provide the information. I recieved another email at 8.26 (1st October) the following morning saying all positions had been filled. This was suspect, as they only sent the email 45 minutes before they closed, and the follow up email came 4 minutes before they actually opened the following day (12 hours difference). This means they filled the position in 45 minutes (in theory) ? They replied over a week after the application was placed, but apparently I had to supply everything ASAP. This is incredibly dodgy snd suspect behaviour. Would give no stars if possible, DO NOT TRUST THEM.
The response below, given 11 months after the issue is a joke. Firstly it has taken 11 months for a reply, which shows how much they don't care about issues. Secondly to say it was an automation issue is so absolutely ridiculous as they couldn't even come up with a better excuse to explain things. Lastly they still contacted me a week after the alleged issue which puts into questions their ability to run their own systems and correct any faults, this puts people's personal information at risk. What an absolute joke, they should not exist as a company as they are completely detrimental to any trying to obtain a job, what a disgrace they are.
