I would say 5 stars for Chandler Macleod as my experience with them is beautiful, especially with Catherine Reilly. According to me, She is one of the best staff members there. Her positivity and helpful nature make things easier for me specially. She always speaks to me politely and with full of smile which makes another person comfortable whatever the situation is. I would recommend others to get in touch with the agency for best services.

Beautiful brand new office space. Wonderful staff I worked with Marianne and I was employed through Tatum. Even after I was referred to Tatum Marianne still checked in with me and made sure I was fine, getting everything I needed to make sure my first week went smoothly every detail they touched on. Staff really care about you even replying to me msging at 6pm they still replied to make sure everything was sorted. That's commitment and dedication with a great range of jobs to offer also. Thanks heaps Marianne and Tatum and for the great job I have today and love it.

I am disappointed to this kind of agency and I still haven’t heard from chandler McLeod agency at all.one month I waited for the outcome of a job that I applied and still haven’t heard from them until today. They said communication is the key but NOTHING. I don’t recommend this agency! A big no!

Do not even think about going here. No receptionist, took ages to be seen. Had an interview and they practically hired me on the spot. Said I would be able to start in two weeks and I did all of the onboarding. The day before I was due to start I still hadn’t received a contract so reached out to ask. Tatum replied saying I should wait to start as she had to discuss new starting times. Still hadn’t received any paperwork a few days later and no information regarding a new start date. It’s now been two weeks and they haven’t bothered to reply to my last enquiry. Ridiculously unprofessional and horribly rude considering I had already made changes to my plans for the weeks following. Completely screwed me around and can’t even be bothered to contact me back. Extremely upset and disappointed.

Find out on what basis you are being hired? Are you working for the company mentioned in the ad, or labour-hire? This makes a world of difference but the job ad may not specify this.

Particular staffs never call you back, and never response to your email. I am talking about several days not hours. Worst place to be acquintaced with.

Very poor management and disrespectful in communication.
Promise to follow up and calling back but not happen I am waiting now more then two months.
Not recommended at all.

Chandler Macleod in Mulgrave is a great office. I have found the staff to be very responsive and professional.

I'm writing this to warn others it's been over year since worked for these muppets was really good at the start but then the consultants changed one was lovely the other Lorni what absolute piece of s##t. If job is for fast food chain in Dandenong don't waste your time one of worst places ever worked for so glad walked away from it.

No receptionist. You can sit in their office for solid 2 hours without any staff coming up to you.
